Great McDonalds, great Happy Meal cheeseburger says the kid and the nuggets are always the perfect crisp!

This only applies to the McDonald's at Buckley, WA. This is the WORST McDonald's we have ever been to. It is self service. There is no menu on the wall. You have to go to a computer screen where they show one item at a time. If you don't want to use the computer, there is no one at the counter. To get someone's attention you have to go behind the counter, stand in the entrance to the kitchen and yell loudly,"Hello, is anybody there?" Finally we got someone's attention and she begrudgingly took the order. If you want ketchup, or straws, or salt, you have to go back to the kitchen and yell again. The bathrooms are locked. If you need to use the bathroom you, again, have to scream for someone to come out. They have to "ring you into" the bathroom. If there are two of you, you have to go through this twice. We noticed there were not very many customers, while the McDonald's farther down was packed. I don't know who owns this place, but are they completely blind to how bad it is? Don't even mind showing up between their posted hours all they will do is cut the speakers to the drive thru and when you pull up to the first window they will stare at you for 10+ minutes and when it is time for them to close, they will come to the window and tell you they are closed and refuse you service. read more

Absolutely the worst McDonalds we have been to in the world. The food took 25 minutes to serve, then it was poorly made, cold and frankly not work eating. When we spoke to the staff, it was a "I don't care attitude". The bathrooms are locked only to be let into them like a prison setting, awful for the families with kids there today. We saw three people come in from the drive through and complained about their food as the phone call the manager was on where someone was complaining about the food. You have to ask for napkins, ketchup and hard to find anyone interested in answering your questions. I would avoid at all costs and drive to the next one on your route. Yuck. read more

Worst McDs Ive ever gone to.... and Im never going back. The employees are the embodiment of 'I dont give a f#%k'. Just rediculous and disrespectful. Avoid this place... anything else would be better, including gas station sammiches that have a 3 week 'shelf life'. Every manager in this place can bite me, especially that POS who helped the two people behind me this morning, then asked me if id been helped and walked away when I was 3 words into my reaponse. I don't know what to say - I don't want to write a negative review because the employees are very nice, but something about the drive-through line being so slow! Maybe they need more help? Most of the time now if I want to stop, I go to the Bonney Lake McDs instead. read more

I'm convinced this McDonald's has a secret hiring requirement: the inability to read. Every single time I come here, my order turns into a surprise mystery bag. I ask for one thing, and somehow leave with something completely different... like we're playing fast food roulette. And the speed? Calling it "fast food" feels like false advertising at this point. You could probably grow, harvest, and cook your own potatoes before they hand you your fries. It's really not that hard read the order, make the order. That's it. No advanced degree required. If you absolutely need McDonald's, save yourself the headache and just drive to Bonney Lake or Enumclaw. Your sanity (and your order) will thank you. read more

5 times here and I have never received my order quicker than 20 minutes. They also forget sauces.

Im never one for writing reviews, but felt I needed to say something on here. Out of all the McDonald's I've ever been too, the approx. 10-15 times I've been here it's consistently the slowest service imaginable, as well as poor customer service. I hope the manager fixes this, word has gotten around town that this is normal for them. read more

Well I'm going with the rest of the reviews. The bun on my big Mac was so dry. There was absolutely no taste to the whole thing . Fries were cold and weren't salted at all. Even the chocolate milk shake tasted like a vanilla one. Don't they look at all the bad reviews or does this one just doesn't care. read more

Worst mcdonalds I have stopped at. Excessively slow. Do not stop here if you are in a hurry and FAST food seems appropriate at the time. You will be late. And besides being the worst service, the prices are higher that the mcdonalds 4 mile to Enumclaw. Save yourself the aggravation and drive 4 miles to Enumclaw. They have poor service also but it is cheaper there. read more

We just left the worst McDonald's EVER! No menu, very few humans working. My husband ordered ONE Sausage McMuffin - he received TWO Sausage EGG McMuffins-he can't eat egg. Our food was COLD, we waited a long time for COLD food, there were no napkins, straws, ketchup, salt and pepper - we had to ask. The pepper packages were empty. Two other tables were given the wrong item. We heard a young man (one of TWO employees we saw) apologize SIX times due to errors. I highly recommend NEVER wasting your money at this highly impersonal location. read more

This isn't a restaurant. This is a vending machine with seats. Everything here is made to discourage interaction with staff. The walkup counter has no menu above it and is made to be hidden. There are no drink machines, napkins, straws, or kechup in the lobby.The interior has an institutional feel to it. This McDonald's seems to be telling us customers to put your order in our machine and get out. The food was up to regular McDonald's standards and was served at a reasonable speed. read more

Mc Donalds - Spicy McCrispy - Burgers Near Me - Buckley, Washington

I first visited this new MacDonalds about 2 weeks ago and 2 months after it opened. The kiosk ticket number was different than the kitchen's number which was strange but with nobody in the place easy to figure out. I ordered the daily double and the burger was cold, cheese not melted and it was missing the tomatoes. The fries were white, cold and tasteless. This past Sunday I went again and just ordered a cheeseburger fries and diet coke. The cheeseburger seemed extra thin and light in the wrapper and I discovered it was missing pickles. I found it interesting that missing 2 little pickles made the sandwich seem extra skinny. The burger did not have the MacDonalds taste and the fries were the same as my prior visit. The good news was the soft drink was acceptable. I think that this place may not have read the MacDonalds operations manual and does not know the proper temp/time to cook the fries and maybe using meat from a non MacDonalds vendor. read more
