This Jersey Mike's is the best. Every sandwich was great and they get to know your name with great service!

I placed my order online and went into the store to pick it up. While waiting, I noticed two customers who arrived about five minutes after me were served and left about seven minutes before I even received my to-go order. When I finally got my food and returned home, I found that my order was incorrect -- despite requesting extra mayo, it was not added. I called the store to explain the situation and simply asked for a refund. Instead of addressing this straightforward request, the shift manager (Lily) asked me to bring the sandwich back to the store to "verify" it. I found this to be unreasonable and disrespectful -- as if I would go out of my way to falsely claim a missing condiment. While still on the call, I could hear Lily and her coworkers laughing in the background. She then claimed she didn't know how to process a refund because the "refund button wouldn't work." To make matters worse, she said she could "write my name down and let the manager know tomorrow," but there was no sincerity in her voice and no confidence that anything would actually be handled. It felt like a brush-off that would be forgotten -- a reflection of her inept ability to do her job and deliver basic customer service. Our sandwiches are always made correctly and are delicious. The customer service is hit and miss. Sometimes, we get the friendliest service. Other times, I feel like I'm inconveniencing them. I had one really bad experience that was a one-off, so I don't want to put them on blast for that. I feel like this is really common for foodservice in Bonney Lake; it's just hard to find a place that always gives good customer service. Every time I go into Jersey mikes subs specifically the Bonney lake one, they never seem to have rosemary parm bread which doesn't make sense cause you're a sandwich shop. And it would've been fine if it happened one time but it has happened multiples times. I swear they're out of bread more often than having bread in stock. I order from Jersey Mike's on the app fairly regularly because they have good gluten-free options. Multiple times I have ordered a bowl for pick up and when I get home, they've made me a sandwich. I cannot eat the sandwich because the bread is not gluten-free. This usually happens when they are busy. The workers on the hot sandwich line need to be more careful to make sure they are making the correct sandwiches for customers who order online. It seems like a small thing, but when you have an allergy and are expecting a certain thing. It is very disappointing. When they do it right it is delicious. This has happened more than a couple of times. I would recommend you double check any orders before leaving the store to ensure you got the right items. read more

This location is awful at online orders. The staff must not be able to read as they forget items ordered such as bacon on a club sub and put any items they want on rosemary parmesan bread when you just wanted white bread. They never contact you if they are missing something. They just expect you to take what they have provided and hope that you accept it. Hey but they will put your name in a book so next time you can have a free sandwich but they have no understanding of how they ruined your dinner. I really like Jersey Mike's other locations. Admittedly, it has been a while. This location was having issues with the staff. Took 40 min to get 2 sandwiches. We were among 20-25 people waiting on food. I watched a family leave with an incomplete order, then return for their last sandwich. I was also shocked by the high price of 2 sandwiches, chips and drinks. Maybe that is just a WA thing. read more

We love Jersey Mike's subs but will never go to this location again. Everyone we've encountered has been short, rude, and seem irritated by every request we make. Many times our order has been incorrect in the past, we just give them grace because they're busy, but we're not giving them our business when you're outright rude. I'll start by saying that I really do enjoy Jersey Mike's but this particular location consistently comes up short. They never get my order right and are always out of half their ingredients. My latest order they again gave me a mini when I paid for and ordered a regular. Unfortunately when you are taking it to go you don't find out till you get home. They have done this twice!! I came in this afternoon to buy a gluten free sub for a friend with a gluten allergy and they went absolutely above and beyond! They kept all utensils used for regular bread completely separate and used different gloves to handle the specific bread out of its own individually sealed package. Then they proceeded to make the sandwich on the back counter , separated from the regular work station, to ensure they didn't have cross contamination! Their level of care for people with Gluten allergies is impeccable. I love this place! read more

I have been ordering sandwiches from this location for years. its been mostly good but today on may 6 at 10 30 I went into the shop and was treated like dirt. I ordered mustard and the little guy behind the counter put enough mustard on for 5 sandwiches. When I told him to remove some of it he got an attitude with me. He purposly poured a huge amount of oil on the sandwich. When I got home the was a 4 inch puddle of oil in the wrapper. The sandwich was complete mush and was thrown away.I have been a loyal customer for years but they wont be seeing my money for quite a while. I am pissed. Very poor managment read more

Got subs from here due to them supporting daughter's drama club. Never been to this or any other Jersey Mike's prior. Was a bit of a marvel, great subs, incredibly generous proportions, particularly the amount of meats. Meat sliced as subs being made, again, a pleasant surprise. Flavorful, superior to the comparable subway sub, just a very tasty quality sandwich. Sometimes extra ingredients are forgotten when doing a delivery order. Ok, frustrating but not the biggest deal. The worst part of this location... this is the 3rd time I've had a long hair in my hot sub. Yuck! It happened the first time and the manager made up for it. It happened again and we avoided this location for over a year. After a year we tried again and things tasted great, orders were normally correct, and no unexpected items were found in our food. Great. Tonight, the hair bandit returned. Seriously, get your employees to wear hair nets or something and have management audit this location regularly. After dropping my wife off at SeaTac, I made a detour to this location of Jersey Mike's. I had originally seen them featured on the Travel Channel in an episode of Enormous Sandwiches. I ordered the Grilled Pastrami Reuben which came with pastrami and sauerkraut which was heated on the flat top until steaming then covered with several slices of Swiss cheese. The filling was put into a sandwich loaf of my choosing (white) which was heated prior to adding the Thousand Island dressing and the meat filling. The sandwich was very delicious. I would have given them a 5 star rating except -- 1. I was disappointed that there wasn't a choice of rye bread roll and 2. It really needed some additional Swiss cheese. The cost was very inexpensive considering the size of the 15" sandwich ($10). This was big enough to feed 2 people...even large eaters like myself. I had high hopes for JM but realized after eating my sub that JMs puts a premium price on a standard product. $48 for 4 regular subs and 4 drinks...I wish that I could have a do over and just keep driving to Subway. Went here for a BLT tonight and was sadly disappointed! The bacon was completely crumbled and half of it was burnt black. I told the guy making my sandwich I didn't want the black bacon that he had just piled on my sandwich so he took a couple pieces off but I still left with a disgusting burnt bacon BLT. This is the first time I ate at Jersey Mike's, I received great customer service and the food was delicious. They big philly was loaded with delicious ingredients and was large in size. The chicken bacon ranch was also delicious and plenty. I think the bread could be a little more gourmet, it reminds me of subways bread. Here trying to get food. Have been here for 30 minutes now. Just got my food. It's good but there was no sense of urgency with any of the 4 staff working. Everything was just slow motion it seemed. Also no greet at the door when we walked in. Just a blank star and acted like we weren't there. Good subs, terrible service.
