Open and closed times are not accurate. We called a few times to see what had happened and with no luck for why they were randomly closed. Every time I would go the service was sub par. The fries always ended up burnt. The king burger I love with the bacons, PB, and jam just isn't not the same quality it used to be back in the day of 2017. It's gone downhill from there and even the buns just suck... skip They since moved the truck and are no longer across the way from the brewery. I can't speak to the ambiance as I would get my order to go honestly; it didn't have much of a vibe. Thank you for the 'on-the-house' meal but more importantly for the work you're doing with the staff, as tonight the cashier was pleasant with me as well as others. Delightful, no but didn't have me question my life choices. Their has never been an issue with the food. It is right where it should be for the price point. The burger meat is where it falls just short if fabulous and 5 stars. All the toppings, condiments and burger to bun ratio are as close to perfect as you're gonna find. I have loved this place but now these last few months it has gone down hill. From somedays being there to just randomly not there, and the food has gone crap. And tonight was the worst of it. The meat had a nice cardboard taste to it and the chicken strips were burnt all the way through. But they did try and cover up the cardboard taste with lots of cheese, which I appreciated but overall this was and is becoming a crap spot. read more

I was in Enumclaw for Trivia when I decided to try a new menu item at Stacks. After a brief wait of about 6-8 minutes, I ordered the 1Up Burger which I should have taken a picture of on the menu because it was epic. The flavor was killer, and the patty was cooked to perfection. The brewery next door allowed us to take the burger in there and each while we drank and played trivia so that was pretty rad. I highly recommend Stacks as I've tried various menu items on multiple occasions, and they are consistent to say the least. Not much of an ambiance to share, but I believe they have some outdoor seating that they share with the neighboring breweries possibly. Not too sure on that one. Mediocre. Pretty price, around the Same as Red Robin. IMO, just not worth it. Tried the loaded fries... no. Burgers are okay, but not worth going back. Although... THE WORKERS ARE AMAZING!!! They probably make a good hourly wage and more than double their wage in tips. I think the only way they keep so busy is because the are in a prime location between a distillery and a brewery. read more

I am so sad to leave this review because stacks is our FAVORITE food truck but I cannot believe the price we just paid for 2 people. $9 taxes and fees BEFORE TIP. 2 people, 2 meals and I paid $48. This makes me so sad because it's our favorite truck but I am not willing to pay that again. That is just ridiculous. I got a 4 piece chicken tender and 1 of the tenders was the size of my pinky. Again, for that price, I'd expect a little more. There is also a new ordering machine on the outside of the truck. No menu on the outside so no one is prepared or know what they want. It is VERY slow at the kiosk waiting for people to order. Really disappointed by the ridiculous cost that will drive away a lot of customers including us. read more

How does this place only have 9 reviews? Went here with my wife & daughter tonight. All of our burgers were phenomenal, fries were hot, crispy & delicious. The only thing I would change would be their use of arugula. Maybe it's just me, but I think arugula tastes like straight up doo doo. I can't wait until this trend of trying to church up lettuce is over. First it was kale, now it's arugula. Anyhow, back to the burgers. Super great, super fresh ingredients. Having ate at the Stacks restaurant in Federal Way, I was excited to see a Stacks food truck close by but I was quickly disappointed. I'm always looking for a good cheeseburger so we stopped by for a late Sunday lunch. I ordered a BBQ burger with pulled pork and onion rings and my Fiancé ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a coke. I asked about the size of the fries and they suggested I order a boat for the two of us. They gave us a pager and we went and waited inside the Cast Iron for our food to be ready. The food came up quick which was a surprise but soon I understood why. They must pre-cook their burgers because they were dry and shriveled. The BBQ pork was dry and looked like BBQ jerky. My Fiancé said her burger was cold and that a cold Big Mac would've tasted better. For $12 & $13 per burger and fries were not included but a side order which the boat was $8. Almost $35 for 2 burgers that would've likely been better at AM/PM is insane. It could've been a bad day for Stacks, it could've been the crew that was working but a business only gets one chance to make a good first impression and the only thing good about it was the can of Pepsi and we found the Casting Iron family Center that has a small menu and board games and axe throwing. We will be back to try the Casting Iron but not for Stacks, which is too bad because their restaurant made a bomb cheeseburger. All restaurants need to know, if we're going to pay these higher prices, we want hot fresh food and we were willing to wait for it but that didn't happen. I almost took it back for a refund. Sorry Stacks but I'm looking for a good meal for a reasonable rice and you failed at both. read more

Burger had so much potential. Bun, fry sauce, Lettuce, etc. we're great. Burger meat was horrific. These burgers tasted like preformed patties from smart and final, precooked and sitting in a warmer for hours. Everything around the patty was amazing. I almost had to put the burger down mid-meal and walk away. The cheapskate in me wouldn't let me waste it. Also, three of four taper bands on our bottled water were broken. read more

Not sure what these bad reviews are all about. I had a Stack burger today for the first time and it was phenomenal! And yes, to all those cheapskates out there, some of the burgers on the menu are over $10. Not a surprise because this isn't McDonalds. This truck is cheap compared to some. My stack was only 6.79 and worth every penny. Pay a little more and get the good stuff; bacon, egg, mushrooms, etc.... Every burger on the menu looked so good! Long story. Let me start with I have always had great service and good burgers from Stacks. Last evening was a nightmare! I ordered 3 burgers and a boat of fries to take home to family. With the tip it came to $48. I stood in the rain as there was no covered waiting or pager service. I saw many customers upset with either a wrong order, or their order taking too long. I waited 25 minutes. As I walked away with my order, called out by my name, Jesse yelled for me to come back as she had my order wrong. I went back to the stand, and she pulled the order out of the bag, rearranged a few things and said she has the order wrong, and it is now fine. Returned home with the burgers only to find the first one opened was wrong. So, I took it back. I reminded Jesse that I ordered the Beyond burger with no onions. She stated that there ARE onions on it, so I reminded her again that I ordered NO ONIONS. She was very confused. So, I waited another 15 minutes, in the rain for them to make a correct one. Still watching and hearing customers complain about the amount of time to process their order, and also having the wrong order. Jesse kept asking the customers what they ordered, rather than look for a receipt with their name on the order line up. After receiving my remade burger, I took it home only to realize when I opened my "12" burger, it was a pulled pork sandwich. Yea. I took that one back. I reminded her I ordered a "12" again and she stated that is what this is. What? Its a pulled pork. I reminded her that that is NOT a Burger. She stated "oh". So, I waited in the rain for a 3rd time. They remade my burger and gave me the "boat" of fries I did not receive during the first order. I asked Jesse if she had made the "12" right this time. Yes. After arriving home, again, I see my 12 has Swiss and mushrooms. Not even close to a 12. WHAT? Jesse added the "boat" of fries she forgot, turns out they were the burnt ones. GRRR. So, back again. This time I was done. Just refund me and I will go home and make a sandwich. Her excuse for all of the issues with myself and other customers, "I am shorthanded, and this was the grill guys first night" I personally think there was something more serious going on. read more

Wow, what a disappointment. Burger meat was so dry my jaw hurt from attempting to chew it. By far the worst burger I have ever had. They were out of the pork loaded fries so we got the beef ones to split. Same dried up burger meat from what would appear to be from a leftover patty they let sit too long. A salt lick would be an understatement for the fries. Not edible. I can honestly say this was one of the worst, if not the worst meals I have ever had. Save your money, 2 burgers and fries 40 dollars, plus tip. read more
