Regarding quote, pricing was reasonable and competitive. Once we have go ahead, we were able to schedule project for two weeks later. On project day, Levan and his team were quick yet meticulous. Two days of work was miraculously completed in one, leaving a bit of clean up / haul for day two. His team helped to remove grass as well to create new flower beds in our front yard. I chose Erick for how he explained the work, would rebuild and flash the brick chimney and the cleanup. All work was done as promised and Erick the owner was on the job site. He did the chimney. Only thing was he advised to put down new sheathing which I understood why, but was an added expense. Hard for a retired senior. But happy with all work as completed and clean up was as if no one was there. Highly recommend EM and Erick.
