Palermo paving is fantastic. A few months ago I had them do my driveway. Not only did it come out great, they were the best price around. So I decided to use them for my pool coping and paving and a basketball court. They are in the middle of laying down the coping around the pool and I must say it looks wonderful. Terrible customer service. They did our driveway and immediately the pavers in the apron started to crack and come up. We called and after a very long time, someone finally came to "fix it" Whatever they did to fix it didn't work and now even more bricks are coming up. When we called, the owner of this business told us "I can't keep coming back to fix this". He can't keep coming back to fix a problem that is there because of his horrible work? Do yourself a favor and look for another paving company. read more

in 2008 Palermo Paving put a 75 foot driveway in at my house.I gave him the survey of my property.In 2015the person at 45 Vernon wants to sell his house . Mr Ferracane had a new survey of the property only to find out part of my driveway is on his property.Mr Palermo tells me maybe he saw the survey or maybe he didn't. He wanted 750.00 to rip out & repair. We settled on 500.00 & I paid him in cash. I feel it was his responsibility to put driveway in correctly. He had my survey.I feel I has no choice but to pay him. He told me he could Just walk away. Better Think twice before you have Palermo Paving do work for you. read more

Four years ago I had Palermo Paving do a driveway for me. The job was done beautifully. However last spring I called to speak to Jeremy ( he is one of the owners) because the driveway where it meets the stones now has cracked and needs to be fixed. He quoted me a astronomical price to fix this. According to their website it states "We Stand Behind Our Work" but they don't. Driveways should last for many years. read more
