Honest buisness! Another tire shop told me I had a nail in my tire, but the wait time over their was 4 hours, so I left and came here instead. They checked all my tires, and found that their was no nail. They were honest and didn't charge me a dime. They even replaced my tire stem for free. I have been to this place 3 times within the past couple of months, and I have had excellent service every time! Two times were for new tires on my 2012 Chevy Traverse. This place is a life saver! On a Friday night, I somehow managed to run over a rogue screwdriver in the garage. I was freaking out because it was after 6 and I had work really early the next morning. I called MCA and they checked to see if they had my tires in stock and said they would wait for me to come in. Once I had the baby bicycle tire spare on my car I rushed (wobbled not so fast) over. They were there and ready to get my tire replaced (the screwdriver punctured too close to the side). It took no time at all and the price was way more reasonable than I thought it would be. This place was a life saver for my family and I. We went from San Pedro Ca to Palm Desert and unfortunately we got a flat tire on our way there. Fortunately we got the flat tire on the same exit that Miguel and MCA tires was located. I put the spare and drove straight to his shop. Miguel spotted me driving up and walk right up to me and asked what he can help with. Super cool guy! I showed him the tire and he said he had them. I've been to other places where they try to sell you most expensive tires but here Miguel was looking to meet my needs as well as my finances. Came here for a new set of tires. Got charged up the a hole for them first off took over 4 hours to do so when I was watching their employees just sit there do absolutely nothing! Then these assholes told me I have a broken camber bolt and it would cost $80. I called the dealership myself and it cost 5 bucks! I blew out a tire on a Sunday morning and took a chance by calling MCA Tire and Auto to see if anyone was willing and available to come out and install a new tire because I had no spare. Miguel came out to me and had it fixed within 1 hour of me calling him. I continued service the following day and had him do a major overhaul on tires, breaks, and suspension. I called ahead and asked what time they close as it was a holiday weekend. I was told 7 and was grateful as I had a flat tire and everyone else had closed for the day. I arrived around 6:35 just to find that they had closed and gone home. I wasted 9 miles on my spare to get to them. Then I had to drive almost 30 miles back home for the night. Won't ever be back again and definitely won't recommend them to anyone else. read more
