I've been here before and got good service. My second time back was not pleased with the type of service. I was provided literally stood around for 20 minutes waiting to get help as all the workers just walked past me.. One guy gave me a quote for a tire balance and then went inside and then wanted to charge me $20 more. Customer service was horrible and rude. I asked about the tires on our car (looking to replace them). Retail at every major retailer is between 260 to 285 per tire. Tony brought up the price (260), and added in whatever fee he saw fit. Looked right at me and said $360...I asked "for two?" Nope, each...I left. Sad because they have done tires for me in the past and were very nice and priced well. Oh well...theres a ton of other shops who will take my money, treat me like a human, and be reasonably priced...at least close to the other 100 shops in the area. read more

Decided to try out this place to change all 4 of our tires. We were the first customers in the morning to arrive and they got to work right away. At first there was no problems until the work was done and we noticed the driver rear tire was rubbing. The rear passenger side was fine so we asked if there was a way to do the driver rear again to prevent the rubbing. The worker then said why don't you just raise it... we never had a problem before with his car going anywhere else until here. After he removed the tire and put it back on we saw a little bit difference but still rubbing. We didn't want to be a hassle so we got in the car and as we were reversing out we could hear the car rubbing against the tire the entire time. We couldn't leave without some type of fix. The worker then told us he would charge us for the labor. We couldn't drive so we paid an additional $20 for his mistake that was then fixed after additional labor cost was added on. read more

Brought my Tundra in for flat tire repair. As soon as I arrived, I was met by Jorge and told him about the flat tire. He asked me to drive my truck inside their garage. when he saw the tire, he found out that it was not repairable. He found me a used tire identical to the old tire for $85, installed. I've always gone there for my tire and wheel needs and never had an issue. Today my boyfriend and I went to get some new wheels mounted and balanced on my car. The guy have a rundown on the price which was 160 so we were like ok cool, but then he goes and says we have to charge an extra 40$ fee more to take the wheel off the tire again to balance it and we were like for what? And he said because the car is more expensive. My car is not expensive and regardless of the car they should not be charging an expensive car fee or whatever fee they're talking about. We ended up leaving because they were trying to charge almost 200$ for no reason. Got everything done at another shop for 120$. read more

The man who helped me was Tony. Tony was wonderful and efficient! I appreciated all of his help! The price for a used tire was worth it. Came here to put tires on my truck. 1st they charged me more than when i called to ask how much was a balance an mount! 2nd when I got home from them putting the new tires on, I checked the tires pressure. It had 10psi less then it's suppose to have! They didn't even want to do there job correctly! 3rd, I gave the guy a $2 dollar tip , just for doing his job.
