A very pathetic chicken salad sandwich. This is not even half a sandwich for a Choose 2.

Really disappointed in the chicken salad sandwich we received as part of a Choose 2. I would not consider this a whole half of a sandwich. The rest of the food received was fine, but this pathetic little sandwich made me mad.

Wildberry Sweet Tea. Unless you order by the gallon, this is the individual size.

Wow, this is an epic place for sandwiches! Not as famous as NYC's various delis, but lots of variety here and the menu makes it hard to decide. I guess this is why my coworkers never tire of this place when working in Midland. I got the New Yorker Sandwich - a nice warm sandwich with half inch thick slices of pastrami on top of another half inch thick layer of corned beef. Savory and a hint of spicy and oh so good with their rye bread. My choice of side was a chicken tortilla soup that was pretty good - a bit on the rich side but good. They also sell famous sweet teas (peach, wildberry) here - a single large individual size or you can buy by the gallon(!). In fact, buy five gallons if tea and get the next one free! Their wildberry sweet tea was very good - not overly sweet and it had a complex, smooth fruity taste. Hard to describe. For a fast casual sandwich place, this place is real good. They also have spuds, salads, and desserts all at reasonable prices. They even have a sandwich called The Big Nasty and have Shrimp Po Boys. Wished they had one near where I live!

Wasn't all what I thought it would be. Actually pretty nasty. Slow service and not professional

Don't waste your time or money at this location, Me and my family recently moved to Andrews Texas and we were ecstatic when we saw it had a McAlisters... but after multiple to go orders going south I regret to say we will not be going back Visit 1 - no gravy w/ the big nasty sandwich , no French dip to go with the French dip sandwich, missing salads, the salads that were in the bag had tomatoes when we said no tomatoes Visit 2- again no gravy with the big nasty, ended up with 3 orders of chili instead of 3 Mac and cheese, no ranch dressings to go with the salads salad also had tomatoes again and the club as well Visit 3 -missing club sandwich had to turn back and get the missing sandwich then when they made it again ,with tomatoes with mustard Visit 4 -AGAIN,no gravy for the big nasty or the the black angus spud , no cheese or bacon to go with the country potato soup Visit 5 -got to the pick up window order was supposed to be ready by 6:02, pull up to the window and the employee informs me that they had mis placed my New Yorker sandwich and my wifes club ended up waiting another 24 minutes for our sandwiches and I ended up with a sliver of a sandwich, mind you I understand the choose two is half a sandwich but what I received was a joke especially considering I waited the additional time for them to fix them "misplacing" my original sandwich Check out the photo of my monster New Yorker sandwich what a joke If you get the urge for McAlister's do not I repeat do not go to this location unless you are able to go to the back of the kitchen and make it your self bc that's the only way you will be able to get the correct order what a joke

Chicken sandwich and see the sample of gluten free bread on the upper left corner... IT ROCKS! And it's not a rock :)

I love McAlister's but this location is dirty. Really needs a good cleaning and just over all take better care of the restaurant.

Good food, horrible service. They need to hire better staff. 4/2/2014, food was cold but good.

The parking lot is a bit funky and there is a humongous pot hole right out front. That was the only pitfall we experienced. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in. The women's restroom was clean - and has a baby changing station. Food was delivered to our table within roughly 10 minutes. Meanwhile I suggested to my daughters to keep their mouth shut if they didn't have nice things to say about one another. Sometimes, I wonder if they'll ever truly like each other. But I digress... Here's what we ordered: 2 32oz infused waters = $6.00 Seasonally flavored soda (mango) = $4.00 Tomato basil soup (my youngest loved it) = $8.00 1/2 club sandwich with a small mac n cheese (my oldest ate nearly every single bite) = $8.00 Wild harvest salad with grilled chicken (I ordered this with Ranch dressing. Fresh everything and juicy tender chicken made for a healthy, delicious lunch) = $14.00 Excellent service by Joni. Close to Highway 385 headed towards Andrews. Highly recommend for a healthier, light lunch.

It wasn't too long of a wait... they were pretty busy. I wish I had taken pics. I ordered the French Dip. It was DELICIOUS. Nice and hot, perfect amount of au jus to dip in and the cheese and bread was great! But it was $15 and it was very very small. It doesn't come with anything other than the sandwich. That made me expect a large sandwich. It didn't even fill the little paper boat thing they serve it in. We got sweet tea and a bag of chips. Hubby got the turkey sandwich. Was also grilled- the turkey was nice, but the cranberry jam overpowered any other flavor. It was really small as well and was $18. The two bags of sun chips and a drink should have been included in that price, but it wasn't... we knew that, so it's cool, but expected larger meals for walking out with a $38 bill. They also don't have any burgers any more, so the menu here should be updated. Sweet tea was over steeped, and that wouldn't be a big deal either except again.... $$$! Lovely spot, pretty tasty! Still hungry.
