Oh my goodness!!!! I love McAlister's sweet tea.... It's amazing! I'm out of town and saw the deli location and decided to stop in and eat. The place was fairly empty but begin to get crowded quickly! I ordered my sandwich and spud and my neice said she wanted Taco Bell (kids) but when she saw my food, she changed her mind quickly. Ha!!!! After bringing our food to the table, they checked on us often and even gave us free refills. What a great experience today! read more

This is my first time reviewing anything online. This restaurant has messed up almost every time I have ordered in my memory and made more mistakes on my order this evening so I finally am doing this. This franchisee is doing one of two things. Leaving out part of the orders intentionally to mess with people, or simply not capable putting together a complete order. Every time I order from this restaurant something is missing, whether it be a whole main dish, dressings to the salads, pickles with the sandwiches, etc. Something is missing. Every time. read more

The food is subpar - I'm sorry. It's just objectively bad. I understand this is a "fast food" establishment but even McDonalds doesn't serve food this gross. The sandwiches are soggy and limp, the soup is tepid, and the Mac n cheese is congealed to the point I could pull it all out of the bowl with one fork stab. The servers are either SUPER friendly to the point of making one uncomfortable (I really did not ask for a story about your dog...I'm sure your dog is lovely but I'm trying to eat); or, conversely, the staff is extremely rude. I've never had an experience where they're just a chill, friendly human being. Calm. Down. Desserts are good - I know they're likely frozen and from a truck so I don't expect anything grand there - it's solid. Drinks are good...not inspired by any means but good. read more

I have to be honest...due to my food allergies I am too chicken to eat here. I will eventually try a potato- they look delicious. Let me tell ya about their tea though. It is THE BEES KNEES! I used to faithfully visit a popular brand coffee shop to get my tea fix and I got tired of paying almost $5 for black tea. Tea at McCalisters is almost half the price and always tastes fresh brewed. The cups also seem a little bigger. (I cannot confirm that.). The employees are very friendly. It's one of my new favorite spots. read more

McAlister's Deli is a neat sandwich shop in Bartlesville. I particularly like the choose 2 options. I usually get half a sandwich with a cup of soup. I particularly like their spicy southwestern chicken sandwich and the broccoli cheddar soup. I've been here multiple times already and this is one of my favorites place in town to grab something quick for lunch. They don't have large tables which is the only downside. McAlister's is one of our go-to places in Bartlesville. Usually my wife and I dine in but today we wanted to get food and get back to work. We decided to order online, which usually doesn't give us any issues, but today was different, maybe because it's a Monday. We were given a time to come pick up the order, and arrived at that time. We ended up waiting another 45 minutes to get our order, and it looks like it was just thrown together quickly to get it out to us. We observed several dine in customers order, sit down, get there food and leave while we were waiting for our online order. If you are planning on doing an online order to pick up food and get back to work, McAlister's is not the place to do that. But, I would still recommend it for dine-in. read more

While the food was nothing to write home about, the staff could be written about for days. The clerk at the front was attentive and nice but it got so much better after I sat down. My food was delivered quickly and to my specs (I changed a few things). Tables were quickly bussed and drinks were never empty. But what I loved the best was watching the staff with other guests. A group of thespians were treated very respectfully and appeared to know the McAlisters staff on a personal level. A family of seven (2 adults and 5 kids) were treated with the upmost courtesy. Who I think is the manager delivered the meals himself and then made sure that each kid was taken care, helping the parents. Despite being a younger looking staff they did not act like most young people do today. It was a refreshing surprise. read more

Awesome place! Passing through going back home to Nebraska from a visit to SE Texas, and decided to stop for a late lunch, on Labor Day. Was really impressed with the inside decor, cleanliness, the friendly staff, and most of all the food was fantastic. If we get back through this way again, we will certainly stop. This restaurant offers plenty of food choices, most which taste very good. There is some similarity in taste for the food in each style (panini, club, salad, etc.), but even the worst sandwich at McAlister's is still better than many other places. The tea is very good, and the wait staff keeps it flowing when dining in. They regularly visit the tables to offer refills, and they are very quick to clean up the tables when the patrons leave. The staff is friendly and often remembers return visitors. If I'm going to eat out with friends or coworkers and nobody can decide on a location, McAlister's is most often always my default option. It's not the cheapest restaurant, but the portion sizes are just right and the staff is friendly, so I'm a fan! read more
