Well, the food's not bad not the greatest, though either kind of skimpy and meats and stuff but the service the service was pretty bad and actually going into the place. I tripped and fell over the handicap area that was not marked. This was right after they opened and I told the cashier inside the restaurant that I had fallen because of the way it was she went. Oh, so just be careful walking into the place. They might've painted it or fixed it by now, but it was literally the ramp to roll up into the restaurant and the way it had been designed. I caught my foot on it and tripped and nobody cared. I did end up at the doctor and my attorneys looking into it. read more

Every single time I eat here the salads are fresh and delicious, the soups warm and tasty and the sandwiches made to perfection. The cheesecake for dessert is always fun too. The workers are always super patient, helpful and kind...always excellent service and the restaurant is always super clean. Love McAlister's just this location was not what I am custom to as for service and quality. Arrived order taken quickly read back and all was correct. Paid and then had to wait 30 minutes for our food. 30 minutes is excessive when you have what appears to be a full crew and it was steady but not super busy. After food was served I checked our orders and we had a missing potato and sandwich that was clearly on the receipt. Had to request 2x for the missing items . I then questioned who was bagging and the young lady just laughed. Manager was present but never surfaced to question why items were missing . Left and opened our food and the avocado was missing from chicken avocado salads. Salads has the tomato area where the stem attached in the salads. Anything should know this is not eatable. We love eating at McAlister's. The club sandwiches are always fresh. The broccoli cheddar soup is always hot and good. The bread bowl is the best! The tea is good also. The service is usually a little slow but food is cooked/put together after you order. We are big fans of McAlister! read more

Not friendly service. Didn't explain menu, even after I told her it was my first time there. Food was COLD! Never again!

I had the chicken salad with added peppers onions, olives was delicious. The added cranberries were not to my liking but overall it was delicious. It was a small amount of chicken in comparison to the greens. The service was great and the ambiance was ok. read more

Doesn't look like much when you walk or drive past, but I was practically dying to try their food so I popped in. The definition of exquisite. I got the nacho basket and wow... there are no words. A nacho done right better than Taco Bell. There's about a million options available between the menu board and wall full of specials, so it can get a little overwhelming, but you really can't go wrong. Not much else to say besides go see for yourself! You won't be disappointed. read more
