MCare Pharmacy! Where to start..? First, I am a long time verified patient/client/customer and have not been asked, persuaded, or compensated in anyway for my review! Maria and Mena at MCare are truly a Godsend! Unlike your typical large franchise pharmacy where the pharmacist makes you feel intrusive for asking questions... Mena sets the bar for what every Pharmacist should be! Any and every time I have questions about a medication he gladly takes time from his busy schedule to explain the chemical compounds to me, the way it interacts with the body and any interactions it may have both positively or negatively with other medications. All the while putting this complex information into a way anyone including myself can comprehend! Maria, is a sweet soul! A lover of the Lord! And one of the best service orientated people I have ever met! I work in the insurance world so I believe I understand the importance of customer service and client support. I have yet to experience anyone who compares to her. There have been multiple times where I have been taken back by how caring and willing to help MCare has been! Two examples I must include... I was extremely ill due to a new medication/ treatment I received for Fibromyalgia. After going home from my final day of a 10 day infusion treatment, I started having severe post treatment complications. It was Friday and now after hours... i could literally not function and to make matters worse had no where to turn. I was literally laying on the floor vomiting and trembling in pain. Maria and Mena were attending a large event for MCare at Quaker State and Lube and they stopped what they were doing to talk to my mother and I over the phone about what was happening and gave us the dire information so we knew what I should do. Another time I want to add out of the many times I have been stunned/impressed with MCare and why I continue choose to use MCARE...they stayed open nearly an extra 30 minutes, just for me! because I was unable to arrive any sooner and needed to pick up a prescription that day because I had run out. And if anyone knows neuropathic/nerve medications are not something you just stop taking. This review is done to give you a mere glimpse into the lovely, caring, and faithful human beings that stand with MCARE! And more importantly because I know there are hundreds of hurting people out there, myself included, that will benefit from having MCARE and their staff in their lives!!! I almost forgot to mention that they are a compounding pharmacy, have delivery/carrier services, and have real high quality CBD (no THC) products for the best prices I have been able to find anywhere around! There are not enough words to describe how amazing this pharmacy is. I am so grateful & feel blessed that my doctor introduced me to them 8 years ago. I have a serious rare condition, with no cure & has caused multiple other conditions, I was so overwhelmed because my insurance doesn't cover treatment or medication for my condition & I was not able to get it on a regular basis before I met the always friendly, authentic in caring (you are not just a piece of paper here or $$) you can be having the worst pain day & they are always uplifting & cheerful, they treat you like family . They take time to get to know about your individual health situation so they can provide much appreciated advice & support. Everyone who works there has a stellar work ethic & passion for going above & beyond to provide consistent top notch service & care to patients. You will not find a better pharmacy anywhere! They have such a great team & if there is ever a problem with a prescription they are so awesome they will contact the doctor to advocate for resolution, which takes a huge stress off a sick patient (as we all know with the automated systems,a patient rarely can reach a live person). I have had to move several times the past few years & they were excellent, never missed a beat,got my medications delivered to new address seamlessly. The most phenomenal thing is that they do all of these aforementioned wonderful things at HALF the cost I was paying before, so I am to get ALL my prescribed medications & take them as I'm supposed to. This pharmacy is the absolute best!!! My doctor has me on a compounded medicine that is rather expensive. He suggested MCare pharmacy and my expectations have been more than met. My doctor started using this pharmacy because hands down it is the lowest cost pharmacy in more than 60 miles (I live 45 miles away) and they have worked with the mailing system to keep their costs low for overnight shipping of your medicine. This is great especially when you live far from them. I often pick up my medicine after I have my Dr appointment but if the days for me to receive my medicines don't coincide with my appointment, the 12$ shipping is well worth it to save on the drive The entire staff are some of the kindest people you will ever meet and they make you feel so cared for. I am always greeted with kindness and compassion that is rare to find these days. They are always willing to help and offer suggestions. I hope as many people as can support this pharmacy! I've spoken at length with Mani, the pharmacist, who was patiently generous with time and information. He was also extremely conscientious in researching any potential interaction effects with my other medications. May I add how pleasant and accommodating he was?? Mike, Maria and the entire staff at MCare are amazing! They always make sure their customers are taken care of. And their prices are unbeatable! Much more affordable than the other compound pharmacies I tried in the past. There was a time my fiancé was going to be a little late picking up my meds and they waited a bit extra til they closed to make sure I had my meds. There was another time both my fiancé and I forgot to call in for my refills and I was nervous because I wouldn't be able to get them for at least 2 days. I have CRPS and without my meds my body will freak out by the evening. Maria answered my fiancé after hours and even made some to hold me up for the next couple of days. Mcare pharmacy is much more than just a pharmacy to me. They are family. If I could use one word to describe this pharmacy, it would be compassionate. Each and every associate is unique.
