We visited here on our last trip to St. Pete. It's a very nice store, with everything we were looking for. You know, for things you're not supposed to carry on planes anymore. Means you gotta shop for a razor and water as soon as you land! Or, things you could have brought (like toothpaste) but didn't want taking up room in your carry-on. Now that airlines are charging per any number of checked-in bags, I think more of these essentials will be purchased upon arrival 'cause there's a limit to how much each person can carry. The only complaint I had about this store was the very limited selection of bottled water. I think they only had one or two kinds. So, we made do until we went to another store. Overall, a great place. We'd shop here again. read more

Absolutely the worst store. UPS left a package there and the grey haired old lady manager wouldn't even look for it. A total bitch! I ask about some of the boxes on the floor and she said I'm one of about 10 people whose packages are not there when they come in. She then walked off and I ask her about passport photos. She said they do them but her photo center is acting up. She walked out the door and refused to help me. Went to Walgreens for the passport photo and they were very helpful. read more

This review is about the pharmacy and absolutely terrible and unprofessional female manager at this pharmacy. I had a prescription from my doctor and the manager refused to fill it for no reason. She questioned me out loud in public through half of the pharmacy about my confidential medical information and then when I did not answer she did not fill my prescription. When another pharmacist with common sense filled some of the prescription on another day and I wanted to fill the rest, she stated that I got some of my medication because she was not there, otherwise I would not receive any medication at all. Nothing like this ever happened to me before. She acted like a medical police and a bully with no regards to me being a patient and consequences of me not getting the medication. Absolutely unacceptable! It caused me so much stress that after a week of trying to resolve this I had to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy. That woman should be ashamed of herself. Just because she wants to feel important it doesn't mean she can just refuse to fill prescriptions. People go to doctors for a reason. I will never fill any of my prescriptions there ever again. read more

I don't know if the pharmacists changed because this pharmacy used to be great. I got a text saying my scrip was ready so I went in to get it. He said they needed to fill it. I told him I just got a text saying it was ready. The pharmacist in the back said, "Well, she has to wait." Okay...so I walked around. Then I sat in front of the pharmacy for a half an hour. The pharmacist looked at me 3 times. Finally, I just left. Then I get in my car and I got a text saying it was ready at 3:05!! It was now 3:35!! Never once did they call me on the intercom or call me up there. I was literally sitting next to the blood pressure machine. I've never had a problem there until now. Ridiculous. read more

This pharmacy is the absolute definition of incompetent. I use cerebral which is a provider service over video chat, mind you 100% legal and they denied me my controlled substance because it's not an in person script. The pharmacist had the audacity to tell me "there's plenty of local In-person physicians" Yeah not all of us have great insurance benefits like you do you privileged fuck. read more

Customer service here is terrible!!!!!!!!! My father had medication sent here from Navarro health script in Miami on friday which is owned and operated by cvs, ; Someone from this location called us on monday and said they rcvd it and it was ready to be picked up. Tuesday he goes and we have to argue with the tech because she checks their system and insists the med was picked up in miami on fri which is impossible. I insisted that they had it because someone from their pharmacy had called and left a msg. I rechecked my voicemail and called back again and spoke to the pharmacist this time who again only checked the computer and nothing else. These ppl are so lazy all they did was check their system...which said that "someone picked up the medicine on friday"... never once did they offer to check their actual stock or mail/packages or actually listen to what I told them. The pharmacist told me to call the place back in Miami which I did and the Miami Navarro ppl had to called them. Finally a third person (another tech I assume) calls me back and said they located the medicine "after looking everywhere" for it and apologized. Operations-wise the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing at this location and nobody really wants to go out of their way....even the pharmacist who is supposed to be running the office. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door although there was a unusually long line. I ordered same day holiday cards that were suppose to be prepared by 4:07pm. I arrived around 5:20, waited in the long line to be told they were no where to be found. The clerk did something on the computer and told me it would be awhile so I decided to browse. After quit sometime I went back to the counter to wait some more. Eventually the clerk got some assistance and I was informed that the machine was down to come back the next day. I understand things happen but it would have been nice to have a call as these were holiday photos and I waited until the last minute to print (why I did same day). I had to go online and make the cards again and order from a different cvs but at this point it was too late for same day pick up. I Do not recommend for photo printing or if your in a hurry because it's always extremely busy. read more

I just went through the drive thru so I haven't seen the inside of the store. I only just moved from Miami to Saint Petersburg so I had to transfer my prescriptions from my previous CVS. It only took like an hour or two before I got a message that my script was ready to fill. I wasn't able to pick it up last night so I decided to pick it up this morning after dropping my daughter off at school. I got there around 7:45. I thought the pharmacy was open 24 hours but I guess I misunderstood. I believe that the store itself stays open 24 hours but the pharmacy does not. I looked on the door and it showed that the pharmacy opened at 8 am so I just parked and waited a few minutes. Then I went through the drive thru to pick up my script and the woman was very nice. It only took a few minutes to complete the transaction and she was friendly and efficient. I appreciate that. I have had to wait forever in lines at my old cvs. I had so many problems in the past that I was going to change pharmacies but I found the cvs close to my new apartment and it seemed easier to transfer my prescriptions from one cvs to another. I love that they have a drive thru because my old cvs did not have that. It's very convenient. I will definitely transfer the rest of my prescriptions to this cvs. And I hope that they continue to provide quick, friendly service. read more

My spouse has a prescription that is for a controlled substance and rarely on hand at any pharmacy. When he found it at this pharmacy they refused to fill his prescription despite the script he had in hand and accused him of "pharmacy shopping" and said that they needed the drug for their "regular customers." I have never seen or heard of such an approach which was at a minimum very unprofessional. They treated my spouse as though he were a criminal. We will never return to this particular CVS for any reason. read more

The pharmacy staff is incompetent. I brought them a hard copy Rx with a refill on it. I had my doctor write a hard copy specifically, because of the schedule the medication is on, knowing that otherwise we'd be doing a crazy 'phone dance' for a week before it got filled. I called to get the refill, and the woman in the pharmacy said there was no hard copy Rx there for me. When I asked what happened to it? I got the song and dance of "Ma'am... our pharmacy personnel are all licensed professionals... if you brought in a hard copy prescription, it would be in your file..." Well, it's NOT. Now what? I understand that mistakes are made from time to time - we ALL make mistakes. But don't try to make the customer feel like they are insane or lying to cover your buns. I'm only visiting Saint Pete for a little while and won't need to interact with this CVS much longer. Thank Goodness my CVS at home has it together. This one does not. I realize that it is difficult for a chain to be 100% consistent all across the country, but it shouldn't be this hard. CVS/66th Saint Pete is saying 'I need to contact my CVS in California...' and my CVS in California tells me 'That CVS just needs to call us to transfer the prescription...' It feels like this CVS in Saint Pete just doesn't want to do the work that they're supposed to do. At any rate, the woman I spoke to was completely unable to take any responsibility for losing my prescription, and kept trying to put it back on me. When I pressed a little about 'So, where is my hard copy?' she got rude, because she could not admit that they lost it. Again, sh*t happens, but this crew definitely needs some customer service training. My advice: if you have a Costco membership, have your prescriptions filled at the store in Clearwater while you're visiting Saint Pete. They get it right every time, and are nice about it. read more

I wish I could give this negative stars. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I brought my prescription to this location like I had previously done the two months before and was first told that I NEVER FILLED A PRESCRIPTION at this location before. After advising the pharmacy staff that I had filled the same medication the last two months they persisted that I didn't. Then they proceeded to REFUSE to fill my prescription because I live in St. Petersburg and the doctor that I see is in Palm Harbor, FL (all of a 30 minute drive). After I went out to my car and got the receipt proving I filled there the previous month they then proceeded to tell me verbatim "I DONT KNOW WHY WE FILLED IT LAST MONTH, WE SHOULDNT HAVE AND WE STILL CANT, we only fill prescriptions that are prescribed in St. Petersburg". So this pharmacy is a joke and i cant believe CVS lets one of their locations operate like this. I was discriminated against because I get prescribed a controversial drug called Suboxone which SAVED MY LIFE. This pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves for the way that they treat people who have been given medication for a reason. An absolutely terribly run discriminatory, judgmental, disrespectful and repulsive staff!!!! read more
