The guy showed me his computer to show pricing and showed our car rental was $40/day and the cheapest option was $25/day. They ripped us off by charged the highest amount the insurance would cover. despite their lack of communication we are not being refunded any amount. They are ripping off the insurance company and the people that suffer for the out-of-pocket portion. you should be ashamed!!!!!

The girl was cool though. Autozone dudes literally wouldnt listen to me. I bought a battery from them for my Audi. I left my car running due to bad battery and i didnt wanna change it in the parking lot. Asked one of the guys to clear my error code for the MAF sensor i replaced a couple months back. Dude ran my codes, and told me basically what i asked. I repeated myself. Then I asked for a jump or battery charge or swap my old and new batteries out since dude shut my car off without even asking me. The 2 boys literally sat there and said they couldnt touch my car, they apparently dont have wrenches at Autozone. They told me they didnt have the proper tools and my Audi would never start again if they did anything with my battery! I changed my battery with a damn wrench yesterday. And then my buddy told me i could get money back by returning the old battery, those dudes did not tell me that! OReiliys is always good about parts, helping, advice. They're across the street from each other so now i will only go to OReilys. Ik the guys there actually know more about cars than the Autozone crew

All but 9 machines are broken and the owner claims to be waiting on a grant but this has been an issue for over a year. I will never go back there. Then the day we went to get it I was told I needed full coverage on the vehicle before they could get financing approval as if someone would put full coverage on a vehicle before a deal is even met !! Even my insurance broker said NO !! This man was ready to sell me a truck until he seen me in person I personally feel it's a race issue!!
