They made sure the driver called before picking the car up so I had a chance to get some things out of the trunk. Even though I failed at this and forgot two very important items, they were helpful above and beyond the call of duty after the check was cut an in the mail. I can't recommend Viking Auto enough, especially for the South and East side of the cities.

The girl was cool though. Autozone dudes literally wouldnt listen to me. I bought a battery from them for my Audi. I left my car running due to bad battery and i didnt wanna change it in the parking lot. Asked one of the guys to clear my error code for the MAF sensor i replaced a couple months back. Dude ran my codes, and told me basically what i asked. I repeated myself. Then I asked for a jump or battery charge or swap my old and new batteries out since dude shut my car off without even asking me. The 2 boys literally sat there and said they couldnt touch my car, they apparently dont have wrenches at Autozone. They told me they didnt have the proper tools and my Audi would never start again if they did anything with my battery! I changed my battery with a damn wrench yesterday. And then my buddy told me i could get money back by returning the old battery, those dudes did not tell me that! OReiliys is always good about parts, helping, advice. They're across the street from each other so now i will only go to OReilys. Ik the guys there actually know more about cars than the Autozone crew

Napa brought a battery to me, along with a couple of wrenches, so I could install it. Couldn't beat the service! Should have written a positive review, then! Fast forward a few years, that battery craps out. Napa got me on my way, again. A month into my ownership of the new battery, it gave me trouble. Likely just cold weather related, but my confidence in the new battery was shaken... which kind defeats the purpose of a new battery... Napa stood behind their battery, warranted it for me, and got me squared away with a new one. Nobody end up at the auto parts store on a "good" day, but this Napa location wil help make your day better!
