She told me that there was one person ahead of me and that she would get to me asap. When it was my turn, Tina could tell that I was not comfortable standing and offered me her chair. Her kindness touched me. Other customers were coming in. Tina acknowledged each person with a kind word and managed to get to each and everyone, by multitasking and making sure that each customer was satisfied. Josh, the assistant manager, came out to parking lot and did full diagnostics test on 1. battery, 2, generator, and 3. alternator. All were completely fine. Turned out the problem was a loose cable clamp on one of the battery terminals. Which he then tighteded at no charge with his wrench and pliers. Outstanding integrity. I bought replacement cable clamps to put on later, because they were in pretty bad shape. $12, total. Josh gave me name of local repair shop that could do it for me inexpensively and on short notice.
