Failed to show up failed to respond to text. I've had to spend over $1500 to get something repaired that should've been covered under warranty because it was slowing and stopping my business, and due to his unprofessionalism and miscommunication, he makes unprofessional upfront, but when it comes to honoring his service, you can't depend on him.
