Staff is pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. They take care in what they do. If you buy your tires there, I think rotations are free. I'd have to check one of my service bills, but I think they are. Derrick, the manager pretty much knows everything about car repairs. I think I've been using them since 2006, And find them to be reliable, respectable, and extremely helpful. And trust me, I drive older vehicles and they keep me driving. I appreciate them and recommend them to anyone ai know. They are very busy, so expect a week or sometimes 3 for an appointment. If you ate broken down, they will work with you if you can drop off your vehicle for them to work it on. I definitely trust them. read more

Replaced a lot of my own air conditioning components and wasn't able to get a good charge. One of my wines was plugged with a cap that it came with and they figured it out pretty quickly and did a great job not overcharging me. Very timely. Contacted me about the process very well. Will never return. The manager flat out lied about work that was being done to my vehicle. Charged me for new brake pads and rotors. Did not replace the rotors at all.. There was rust. Visibly. When I went back, the manager tried to say that I some how caused the bad rotors, with rust, mind you, in less than a years time. On a garaged vehicle. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. read more

If I could give additional stars I would. Today is Monday, raining, and when ran to store at lunch my low tire light came on. At some point had run over a screw and tire was really low. Olympia was completely booked with no openings but took me anyway. They had my tire plugged and were sending me on my way in less than an hour at no charge. YES...I said no charge!!! Told them I couldn't do that, but I would gladly give a donation to their favorite local charity. I love how cheap their oil changes are at $18 per oil change. The reason you can get oil changes for so cheap is so that they can get you in the door. Great strategy! My problem with them is that if you keep coming in for an oil change with no noticeable problems they'll suggest problems that might not need to be fixed at all until a year later. For instance, they told me that my brakes needed to be replaced soon one day I was in there. I drove around and did not hear any wear indicators. I then took a look at my break pads and saw that they weren't that worn down. 3 months later they let me see my brakes, (which was a plus), but pretty much told me that I could wait a few seasons till I needed to replace my brake pads. I would've easily given them a 5 star if incidences like this had not taken place. They sometimes have inflated prices also.They are supposed to be a Christian owned auto service. They're typically busy, and I believe that they have a lot of people that typically trust them, but I know too much about my car to be tricked. To me these guy's are just like the other big named companies. If my car is healthy then there is no need to work on it! read more

I was told by Lou Fusz Chevrolet in St. Peters that my lower ball joints were loose on my GMC pickup and wanted $986.00 dollars to replace them thank God I took it to Olympia because they found the ball joints absolutely had no movement at all. They saved me hundreds of dollars and if they were anyway deceitfully they could very well have replaced them anyway but didn't. These people are honest as the day is long and they will be my go to place for all my repairs and I will recommend them to everyone I know. read more

Awesome place! Called when they opened and was able to get my car in immediately. I had my brake pads and rotors replaced. They had a deal of 50% off brake pads. So my price was lower than I expected. They even have a shuttle service if you don't live far. I opted to just wait since it didn't take too long. read more

I can't believe I paid $162.00 for labor for $30.00 worth of coolant. Brought my car in because it was overheating. I picked it up when they said it was fixed. I was back there three times in the next four days for the same problem. Then they told me I needed a head gasket and it would cost $1000 dollars. Hmmmm. They were going to price it out and get back to me. They never did. Another garage quoted me $500 for the same repair. Did I get ripped off because I'm a woman? Never will return. read more
