I had chosen two models of frames and asked to have Alex please help me choose between the two, since he knows what I like and what looks good. She refused to ask him. I said I could come back another day when he can help me with that and she said do not to even try! "He doesn't help at his desk anymore!" That cold answer was a wake up call for sure, so I have since purchased two new pairs elsewhere. (Alex was always helpful, so if you decide to go there, ask for him. He's hard working and kind). Unfortunately they decided to close early and employee was in her car in parking lot. Very disappointed as it was a total waste of time and gas. However, the optician here have always been very accommodating even if I am not one of their patients. Furthermore, when I was trying to buy glasses, I was able to get my pupillary distance measured free of charge. Normally, most opticians won't do this for free if you are buying glasses elsewhere.
