Great experience to include not having to fill out 4 sheets of medical history to get the exam. I will gladly go for a routine yearly exam.

Never received an itemized bill and was led to believe I was paying for both. Went back to retrieve my glasses and they told me I still had to order my contacts so I left because I was not about to spend ANOTHER $500 on contact lenses. Not to mention my prescription was originally wrong and they tried to make me feel like I was wrong about it, saying that it "didn't make sense" that I couldn't see out of the original prescription they gave me. I think I would know if I couldn't see? My glaucoma screening tests were completed quickly, however, once my eye tests were done I was moved to a separate waiting room where SEVENTEEN people were also waiting to see the doctor. This practice obviously overbooked at the expense of the patients and the doctor. I would love to continue seeing the doctor but I do not forsee myself coming back to this practice.
