I had intended to try pasta Alla Norcina which I noticed last visit but the told me it's on the winter menu (I think that they were on the Spring menu). I spoke with the manager and he said to come back in two weeks and they will switch to the summer menu and that it contains his favorite pasta dish. We started talking about the Pasta Alla Norcinia and I told him my relatives are from Norcia Umbria and that I've made it several times. I told him I use Italian sausage and the manager said that the chef uses actual wild boar sausage. He said the chef has amazing connections for ingredients like this. They also have a full time pastry chef on staff and all their deserts are home made. I was informed that the chocolate ganache cake has had the longest run on the menu and never seems to come off so I tried that. It was delicious There are several items on the menu that I have to try. I took a few pictures of the Spring menu and I've added them below. We took my mother and aunt, they had never been. The atmosphere was weird on this Friday at 5p. Teens had seemed to move in to stay. Staff seemed to indulge them, rather than move them along. Again, no bourbon for an old fashioned and no gin. Skip the custom cocktail menu. Pizza and breadsticks are what they do best. Love the pizza crust!
