My roommate and I were waiting to hear back from summer jobs and he gladly changed our lease agreement. I lived here for two years. The apartments aren't bad for what you pay. Plus he pays for internet and cable. It'ls a little slow but you can just call comcast and add on to the package. Any time there is an issue there is a quick response, plus he gives you at least a weeks notice if the water will be turned off or if he is doing alarm checks or what have you. Bascially, compared to all of my friends landlords/management, I had it pretty good. Would recommend this to college students 100%. And depending on your neighbors, having people over is not a big deal. Plus, my location was sooo close to the Poly Campus. The only downside is the property I was in (University Gardens on Boysen) only had one covered spot so if all the roommates have cars parking can be hard to find on Boysen. Also, because its against Santa Rosa, you get a lot of traffic noise. However, if I was only basing it off my experience with Rutledge Company and Bill, I'd give it 5 stars.

My decision was immediate, but the sale of my house was not...I was so relieved and grateful that the Quaglino's were willing to work with me during that anxious time and Sue was SO helpful and patient while things slowly fell into place. I finally moved into the building and apartment of my dreams and I have not regretted the decision for one moment. Here's why: Quaglino's has been a respected family owned and operated company in our community for many years and carry their personal integrity, honesty, and friendly communication style into their professional practices. I have never felt like a "tenant" and have always been treated with respect. When I have an issue or question, one of the Quaglino's team is there. From Patrick, head of maintenance, to Sue and Heather, awesome property managers, to everyone in their office, responses are always immediate and friendly.
