Work assignments are split...we are each held responsible to bring solutions and results to the table. Our association is but 4 or 5 years old. Virtually no common property or asserts. Real simple. Our Board is very vocal about what we want them to do. There is extensive research done on each project before we choose a solution. All directives are done by email so there should not be any confusion as to what we want. For the life of me, we are unable to figure out why they stonewall us. We rarely get complete answers. It seems that when we press for an answer or resilution, the "buck gets passed" to someone else." That person never knows the answer and refers us back to our initial contact. Multiple attempts on my behalf to reach anyone else above "level 2" have all failed. I am a bulldog and will get to the CEO if necessary. I had the slightest idea as to the reliability, professional attitude and/or work ethic of this employee owned company, I would never have taken even the first phone call with them. We are about 60% our way through our contract and work has begun already to look for a better firm. I would openly say.....DO NOT engage with this company. You will be sorely disappointed in what they bring to the table. The website looks real nice. It's only window dressing because behind the curtain are mis-management, apathetic lower and middle management and a mindset of "to hell with the customer" . They will bait you with promises and deliver less than the basic minimum. Common sense is completely absent here.

As well as paying 2x for December's condo fees because although I had proof of credit card payment prior to closing, the company told the title company they had no record of it. In January 2025, they magically refunded me for the extra payment at my new address. In May 2025, I received two bills, sent to my old address (the condo I sold), forwarded to my new address. One for $2,300 for the special assessment, and one for January 2025 Condo fees (plus interest)! Can't get ahold of anyone after three calls so far, over two days. Their accounting department needs an audit.

I can understand the 3%…read morecredit card fee/$10 debit card fee per transaction but they should be accepting Zelle and/or Venmo payments. They told me "we're not collecting the fee" but that's irrelevant. It's 2025 and I should be able to send an electronic payment without being nickel and dime to death. My review is subject to change once I receive a reasonable explanation that makes sense. I have since been advised I can send payment through bill pay free of charge. I will be updating my review to 5 stars.

I was super surprised that how wonderful RPM at SLO was in returning my deposit after I moved out. They took care of the yard by hiring a landscape man.They paved a new parking lot in our side yard, so that we have space to park privately. Renting from RPM has been even better than renting from a privately owned place!! They are SO responsive and I feel like I'm renting from people who truly care about me. It feels like I'm renting from family! - any repairs are quickly addressed and fixed - they don't play the blame game - they look out for you Matt is INCREDIBLE! He is on top of everything, kind, and so, so good at his job. I can't thank SLO RPM and Matt enough!

    As a property owner in an HOA that is managed by REG Property Management, with David Singer, owner,…read moreI have found them rude, negligent, uninformed about Cal Fire safety regulations, highly unprofessional with no knowledge of correct board proceedings nor etiquette. This Property Management company is responsible for maintaining the landscaping around the common areas of the property I own. I have made several requests to have a large tree cut down over the past few years. Recently my home owner's insurance policy was CANCELLED because of this large tree overhanging the roof. It took weeks of back and forth to get the tree cut down because Mr. Singer asked for proof that Cal Fire has a recommendation for Zone 0 around buildings among other delays/lack of follow through by him and his office. He knew nothing about any Cal Fire fire prevention guidelines apparently and as a property manager, supervising millions of dollars in other people's real estate investments, he absolutely should. I also requested to have two large bushes that beat up against a window and touched my building and left filth and dirt on it removed. Moss grew on the roof because of the large shaded area caused by this tree. When I asked Mr. Singer and the HOA to pay for the cleaning (pressure washing) of the dirt/debris off the part of the building that was affected by the overgrown landscaping and to have the moss removed which can cause much damage to a roof, they refused. Extremely unethical, rude, and negligent. I am still waiting for the Minutes from the HOA meeting - 2 weeks later. All of the one star reviews are correct and this company clearly does not treat either tenants nor property owners correctly.
