I was in very rough shape and Dr. Cataldo got me in immediately and provided immediate relief. Jason meticulously removed this worn out molar piece by piece and inserted an implant for a new tooth. When I spoke with Lauren and explained that I'm on a fixed income and unhappy about having to pay twice, she immediately grasped the situation and said that Dr. Vanyo was offering a new patient special, which would end up costing me less than the first one wanted, even with the cost of the first exam figured it. What a terrific example of problem-solving and listening to a patient's concerns! The office is quiet and orderly. I was seen promptly on time, and everyone took the time to explain each step of the process. They were cheerful, energetic, and good-natured throughout.
