I told him, "insulting me is hanging up on me without an answer to my question. That is extremely rude." He then hung up on me again. I've never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. He will act as if he's giving you a deal but really the tires are a piece of crap and you will have to replace it within one or two months. Sometimes one or two weeks. I have contacted him several times about the sensor and the tire and he's ignoring me. I told him I will not be returning and I mean that. I've sent him so much business and for him to ignore a good customer says a lot about his character. Just go to discount tires or find somewhere creditable because I'm telling you now he isn't. Don't let him run game on you, he talks a good game. Horrible just horrible...
