Lexus would take care of my windshield replacement. Maybe they do care about their customers? MyLinh promised me that she would let the service department know and I just needed to schedule service with them. Everything would be on my file. Welp, I texted the customer service line to schedule an appointment; the same line I use to schedule vehicle services. Ana couldn't figure out how to schedule and kept deferring. She first told me that they would arrange for a manager to call me; which they did, and I explained the situation. Ana finally said she can schedule my appointment and to find a date/time that works. Once I provided that information, there way a 2-day delay. She told me she needed to talk to her colleague and they'll get back to me as soon as possible. That was June 2nd.. no response via that text line to this date. Skip forward a week or two, I decided to call the service department directly. I explained the situation, gave them MyLinh Salazar's name and that I would like to schedule a complimentary windshield replacement. Easy peasy.. I got in the books and was scheduled for June 10th at 8am. I came in to drop my vehicle off and they set me up with a loaner fairly quickly, with the understanding that they would call me in a few hours when my vehicle was done. I asked them this question specifically and this was the exact response. 4pm rolls around and I'm curious why they haven't called or provided any updates. I never received a text from the service team, which is abnormal, so I called the service line directly. My service provider called me back and told me they were still waiting for the parts. Why did they schedule a windshield replacement appointment and never order a windshield! Wtf?! So I wasted 2 days of them just keeping my car cause they didn't have the parts to do the job. Austin finally confirmed they didn't get everything in until Friday morning, June 12th. My vehicle was not ready until very late Friday, around 5:30-6pm. I opted to pick up my vehicle Saturday, June 13th, 3 full days later. I'm not sure what's going on with this dealership or their service department. It was a really bad experience, on top of a really bad sales experience (see below) the last 2 vehicles. 18May2026: One of the shadiest businesses I've ever worked with. I've purchased 3 vehicles here over the years and each time, the experience gets worse. My first vehicle was about 10 years ago when Sterling McCall Lexus actually cared about giving stellar customer service, but I've seen this mentality decrease over the years.. maybe due to demand but it's completely unacceptable. I bought my 2nd vehicle during covid and had to wait for it to arrive from Japan. The negotiations felt like a "bait and switch" experience, where they say one thing and come out with completely something different on paper. Luckily we read behind the lines and called them out on it before the documents were complete. This last time was a year ago, and it was with Finance. Again, a sought after vehicle. I had a deposit down and thought it was weird they took my deposit and didn't call me with the vehicle of my choice, over a year later. This dealership wouldn't give you your position # on the waitlist. When I absolutely needed a vehicle due to an unexpected accident, they magically came up with something in production that would arrive within a month. I purchased a windshield replacement option and they told me I could be covered for tires and windshield. I have documentation that the small print about the windshield replacement having a restriction of under 6" was never disclosed. That is, until I called and had to use it. No information about taking a photo with a ruler, or size restriction; the whole package was a scam. Anything less than 6" is not a windshield replacement, just a small chip repair through Caltex. Shady business all around, from sales to finance.

The process is very easy--you simply drive up into their covered area, let them know you're there for a car wash, and they'll take your phone number. Once the vehicle is ready, they'll text you so you can walk out, get in your car, and leave. One of the biggest highlights of this location is the waiting area. It's very comfortable and modern, with free Wi-Fi, plenty of seating, and a high-top work table with outlets for charging a laptop or phone. They also offer complimentary drinks and snacks, including cookies, bottled water, soda, sparkling water, and a coffee machine with options like lattes and mochas. The staff have always been extremely friendly and welcoming whenever we arrive. Car wash wait times vary depending on how busy they are, but we've never waited more than about 30 minutes, and often it's much quicker. One thing to note is that the car wash occasionally goes down for maintenance, so it's a good idea to call ahead and confirm it's operating before making the trip. After all this he charged me 30 dollars because my tire was a 24 inch. Who charges by the size of the tire? The guy is a joke. Go down a couple of feet for a better tire service and better prices.

We were in the market for a used vehicle with lower miles and under $30k... originally we were eyeing a particular vehicle we found online. Just before arriving, we found a second vehicle we were interested in. We liked the fact that this place posts the actual price. There's no haggling here like traditional dealerships. Takes some of the stress out of buying. We met Ken (the manager) and Jacob (our salesman) upon entering. They were both WONDERFUL. Jacob was upfront with us and said he has been there a month. Honestly, we have bought numerous cars over the years and Jacob was THE BEST salesman we have encountered. He was not a sleazy, scummy, arrogant (typical "used car salesman" vibes). He was kind, caring and genuine. (Unless he really WAS a good salesman, tricking us... unlikely). It was actually hard to decide between the 2 vehicles but we went with the one that still had remaining factory warranty on it. Paperwork takes an eternity like expected as we didn't go through the process of pre approval with a bank. Despite closing at 9pm, Jacob stayed until 11pm to get our stuff finalized. As for our trade-in... ahead of time, I put in our vehicle info into the estimator and got an ok price. They have a $500 bonus if you sell it to them within 48-hours of the estimate. I know they do this to out added pressure on you, create urgency but we wanted to get a new vehicle soon anyways. The main "negative" as of now is that this place adds a $699 appearance protection plan to all their vehicles. You can NOT get out of it. They explained that they area high volume dealership and they sell their vehicles for less money and use the $700 to recoup some of the cost. But even with the $700, we felt good about the cost of the vehicle. So as of now, the car is running great and we HOPE we weren't sold a lemon like some other reviewers said. Fingers crossed!

We came in ready to buy, but what should have been a straightforward process turned into nearly five hours of waiting, largely due to the team's complete lack of urgency. This was especially noticeable since the entire store was empty on a rainy day, with very few other customers around, yet everything still moved at a crawl. Instead of getting paperwork done efficiently, there was a constant push to upsell GAP insurance, with repeated lines about how they could "lower my payment" if I added it. It felt more like a sales survival camp than a customer-focused process. I made it clear early on that I had a prior engagement and needed to wrap things up before then. I was assured that wouldn't be a problem but it absolutely was. We ended up having to leave and asked them to have everything ready when we returned. When we came back, things somehow got worse. Salespeople and managers were standing around vaping at the welcome desk and casually talking negatively about customers before even acknowledging us, and once they did, there was still no urgency, just slow, meandering movement to finally complete the paperwork. One star only because we did get the car we came for and I cannot give zero. But be warned: expect to waste your entire day dealing with a team that shows little respect for your time or urgency in closing deals. LASTLY, ensure the car they're giving you has oil in it. Ours did not and they are in zero rush to get that work done... and by zero rush I mean they've quit responding.
