We purchased tile for three rooms in our new home from Imperial Floors, and had them perform the…read moreinstallation. The tile purchase experience was fine, and the staff very helpful. However, the company did not stand behind their installation work. Water from one of our showers would routinely leak out of the shower and on to the surrounding tile floor. Not being contractors, we assumed the issue had to do with the shower doors. We had our contractor out to review the situation, and discovered that when the tile was installed, the installer did not prepare the underlying surface correctly, and there was a high area in the middle of the shower that directed water to the outside of the shower, rather than to the drain. Imperial Floors refused to even look at the issue, stating we were outside of the warranty period. Clearly, this was an installation issue as was confirmed by our contractor. Our contractor was forced to remove the shower tile floor, and the underlying high spot, and have a different tile installer complete the installation. If Imperial Floors would have come to look at the issue it would have been clear, however the owner of Imperial Floors refused. This represents a complete lack of customer care. We would not use Imperial Floors again.

This Is The Place…read more Had heard about Davis from some friends who bought an older motor home and had the entire inside ripped out and Davis completely remodel the coach. The work looked incredible. So, when we decided we wanted to replace our jack-knife couch with a fireplace and storage unit, we gave Davis a call. On a personal note, get prepared, because these are some of the nicest, sweetest and most accomodating people you will ever meet. They are real, they are sincere and they are ALL true professionals. We met with Shaun and his team, discussed the design, and after some great suggestions on his part, gave the go-ahead to start the work. We took a few days during the work and made a trip over to the coast and came back to find most of the work done and while we were there to confer, the finishing touches were completed on the unit. To say that the work was really nice would be the understatement of the year! Everything was matched PERFECTLY to our existing cabinetry. There is no way you would imagine this unit was not part of the original coach, it is so identical. We could not be happier. We love our new fireplace, love the added storage space and are so happy with the work done. If you need anything done in the way of cabinetry, this is the place. They built two patio covers in our yard, and I love to prance around under both of them every chance I get. It's like having my very own royal pup palace! The Landerking crew was so exciting to watch - I sat and supervised (with lots of tail wagging) as they worked, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Now I have the perfect place for strutting, relaxing, and keeping cool on hot days. I can strut my stuff proudly in the shade, then flop down for a nap without worrying about the sun. The craftsmanship is so impressive that even a dog can tell it's amazing - every beam and post is sturdy and beautiful (and trust me, I sniffed them all!). My humans are super happy with our new patio covers, which makes me happy too (because that means more belly rubs and treats for me - yay!). My tail hasn't stopped wagging since the project was finished. All in all, this is one tail-wagging, pawsitively awesome upgrade to our home. They were very friendly, worked quickly, and explained everything to us. We got an estimate a few days later and agreed to have New Dimension do the work. We approved the contract and paid the deposit and they ordered the wood. We ordered Brazilian cherry solid hardwood that we wanted finished in place. We wanted it to match the existing wood that part of the house had and they got it pretty close! They started work on October 8th and were completely done with the floors the 20th. We ended up having them replace the baseboards too because we wanted something that looked nicer, so we got another estimate for that and they got to work. Brandon was the main guy doing our floors. He was very nice and honest and communicated with me regularly to let me know how everything was progressing. We got the existing floors refinished at his recommendation and they look amazing, so much better than when we bought the house! There was a small issue with the first round of sealing the existing floors and Brandon let me know immediately and fixed it for us, which did push our move-in date a few days but ultimately wasn't a problem. He also gave us a recommendation for which product to use to keep our floors clean and in good condition which I'm thankful for. Mitch took care of our baseboards and was super nice. He worked on his own and was very efficient, fixing things as he found them and asking me questions when needed. We were living in the house by the time he got started but we just stayed out of his way and made sure he had what he needed. He was very friendly and helpful and we loved having him around. Overall we had a fantastic experience with New Dimension. Julie was super nice and called me to update me regularly, and their employees were all great. They're coming back in January to replace the carpet with wood on our stairs and we are looking forward to it. We highly recommend going with New Dimension if you are looking for a flooring or baseboard upgrade!
