Oh, well. Like other Costco with fuel, the gas pumps are located. Unless you have a massive vehicle, you can use the pumps on either side as they have very long hoses that will reach across most cars. Prices here are lower than other gas stations in the area because your fuel is "subsidized" by your Costco membership. When you get to the pump, scan your membership card and then your credit card. They do not accept cash here and they do not accept American Express. There are no squeegees or drinks/snacks at this gas station. [Review 17196 overall - 113 in Illinois - 713 of 2022.]

Store has inconsistent product inventory and locations. Lack of signage for stock moved to sale locations and employees unfamiliar with current inventory locations. That seems to be the result of following the everything on pallets store philosophy instead of having a real store layout. Checkout is generally swift but they offer no bags of any kind. Then after paying and the products legally belong to me, I have to wait in line so that a Costco employee can pretend that they're checking my receipt against my cart contents. Then they deface my receipt with a marker assuming I never would have cared about being able to read the receipt later.

The customer service is poor; their system is often "down;" prices at the register often don't match the advertised prices; but the worst thing is check-out. You'll have to load all the contents of your cart onto the conveyor yourself, as checkers have no assistance and it must not be part of their job description. Bathrooms need more often cleaning, and could definitely use updating. I now see why most of my friends and family prefer the Champaign Costco. Avoid at all costs!

I decided to give Heel to Toe a try because I saw that they also do orthotics, so I figured if anyone could help, it would be these folks. They did not disappoint! While I didn't find anything in the store that day, the staff was so incredibly helpful I knew I had to buy from them somehow. They took the time to measure my feet (turns out they're wider than I thought), talk to me about my issues and what I wanted, look in the back for overlooked shoes, and then finally brought me manufacturer catalogues so I could order them. They knew which shoes would be likely to work and which wouldn't, which saved me a ton of time and frustration. I ended up buying two pairs of boots, and they both still look and feel amazing. I'm surprised by the mixed reviews of Schnucks on here. I can't say enough how glad I have Schnucks…read morenearby. They have a wide variety of just about any kind of grocery item and they are also fairly priced. They're always offering all sorts of deals and if you download their app, you can clip digital coupons and rack up points for rewards. I've already been able to save a few dollars from rewards points. Their produce is fresh and I really appreciate how you can find fruit that are on sale. No need to pay a lot of money for healthy foods. I also like their bakery section... especially their ciabatta bread. So good! It's cheap and you won't be disappointed. One last thing.. they're open for 24 hours! I've been here at odd hours and it's really nice to have a place to shop all throughout the day. Parking is plenty and it's in a quiet spot in Urbana. Not sure how Schnucks was in the past, but I know I'll be doing my grocery shopping there.
