This company is unprofessional with poor customer service. After waiting for days to get a call…read moreback to get a service call scheduled, they told me that if a tech was available, I might be able to get a tech out to my house either Thursday or Friday. They did not specify a time or even provide me with a window to be prepared for the tech to arrive. Thursday rolls around, and I get a call while at work. They are telling me a tech is available now and I can either take it or leave it. I told them that I couldn't just drop everything at work an be at my house is 10 mins. However, after calling them back, I was able to negotiate a time. After I take time off of work to be at my house, I called them to make sure that a tech was on their way. The guy on the phone basically told me that I'll have to wait until their "big commercial customer accounts" are taken care of first. And that I was out of luck. I booked the company through ABC home warranty and let him know that I was promised priority placement if I went through a company contracted with ABC. He basically told me to go find another company. And that's what I did. I made sure to call ABC and tell them about how unprofessional Environmental Air is. This company doesn't care about small individual clients. All they care about is securing big fat corporate accounts. I will never use them again.
