I will never recommend this business. I submitted an order two months ago directly to an employee and it sat with one sales rep for a month then moved to another. 3 weeks later she sends me a rough invoice to verify items needed with 15+ items i did not ask for then goes on vacation for a week and still doesn't get back to me or responds to my reference. I have already placed an order with Ferguson and have gotten a response to fill my order in less than 48 hours.

One asked if we needed help, otherwise they will leave you alone. Which is nice so you can walk around and look at everything. Their is a lot to look at! She was so rude with letting me know how she felt about my free help. My sister and I looked at each other in shock. Some people are just rude and think they are goody two shoes.
