I did not, however, think I'd be returning so quickly to do just that: replace a dishwasher that had gone kaput. When the control board and pump failed on my existing Bosch dishwasher, I knew exactly where to go so that I didn't have to pearl dive in the sink any more. I came here once, looked around, took notes and then went home and did my research. When I figured out which model would best suit me, I came back to buy. Lee assisted us again, as he had helped us with our oven. Very knowledgeable and informative, he helped me figure out that getting a model one step up from my initial choice was really a no-brainer (price difference was negligible and features were more comprehensive and intuitive). Prices here are extremely competitive and part of the reason that I returned here was because of their superior installation crew. Now, these are not your builder-grade or builder-supply store selection of dishwashers. I did not, however, go over the top price-wise with my purchase. I feel I got a quality machine at a very fair price that was expertly installed, exactly when they promised it would be here. Highly recommended. I would not hesitate to return should I need to replace another major appliance.

We…read morespent $8,000 on 8mm flooring that the Houston manager insured us was high quality, which is why we wanted 8mm. We had it installed by a contractor who has done other floors in our subdivision with no issues. We had them installed the week of 3/16/26 and within a couple of weeks we noticed dents and scratches all over the house. I called the Houston store about our issues. The manager then told me that our flooring was a new line and he had never sold it before! I filed a claim with their HQ and sent many pictures. That is just one attached showing dents and scratches after only 8 days. They sent our flooring for testing and emailed me saying that the flooring did not meet their standards. They gave examples of multiple deficiencies with their product that the Houston store sold us telling us how great it was. They are now telling us we have to take more product from them and they will not pay us back for our $7,000 installation fee. They said we would have to pay that again to have more of their product installed. We consulted an attorney and are now going to take them to court. We want our money back, not more defective product, as well as our installation cost. We would have never had that product installed had we known it was defective and they had never even sold any of it. It is on LL to test their products before they sell them. That was not our job. I will never do business with this company again and would never recommend them.

WARNING My countertop purchase was horrible....I checked…read morethe box to view slab before fabrication and they failed to call me. They cut it then called me and told me it was ready. When I told them I had checked the box to see the slab first and even had the sales person make a notation in the computer, they more or less said too bad. I then asked them to send pictures of the cut slab. When they did, It had a large gray vain running through it and it looked nothing like the picture of the slab that I ordered from. The picture I ordered from was cream colored with light soft gold veining. I had multiple conversations with Sherry Pennier and she was not the nicest person to deal with. She told me that I would have to buy another slab and have it redone. When I asked her for the number of her supervisor she refused to give it to me. After arguing she finally said she would have the next person up give me a call. Sean Demory was no better. When I asked him for the next person up he said he was it. He refused to give me an email or number of anyone else I could talk to. When I asked him what happened to customers were always right he said no they were not. The sales and design process was smooth, and delivery went fine. Unfortunately, I damaged a handful of the little cam-lock fasteners . When I contacted customer service for replacements, I was quoted $2.50 each for the cam locks and a flat $35 shipping charge regardless of quantity. For perspective: These are tiny zinc cam locks that weigh one ounce for 30 of them. Identical or extremely close generic versions sell on Amazon for $0.35-$0.50 each with free or $6-$8 shipping. USPS Priority Mail for that weight is $7-$9 anywhere in the continental U.S. Paying $35 to ship something that fits in a padded envelope feels predatory, especially when the parts themselves are already marked up 5-7× retail. I asked if they could use standard parcel shipping; I never received a response to my request. I contacted the one of the retail stores and they were going to give me the cam locks out of the inventory they had on hand, they just didn't have the quantity I needed, so they referred me to the customer service department. I ended up buying generic cam locks elsewhere for under $20 shipped and they work perfectly, but it's disappointing that a company that does so many things right makes it this expensive and difficult to get the exact OEM parts. Cabinets To Go - please reconsider your small-parts shipping policy. A $35 minimum on lightweight hardware is driving customers away.
