Water heater doctor came in and replaced it with an identical water heater. Part of why we chose them was that they preferred that brand (Bradford White). Installed competently with lots of double checking and explanations of everything. They resisted *my* suggestions for upselling, explaining why that was not needed. Our new heater now makes the water hotter, for a lower setting on the gas. Fantastic experience, we are very happy!

I've used Aggie Plumbing three times now, and I can't put in to words the level of service I have…read morereceived. First, I had a pipe that needed to be repaired after we moved into our new home. Aggie came out, told me what they were going to do, how much it was going to cost, and did the job. Second, I got a spoon stuck in my garbage disposal. Something that I probably could have taken a couple hours and fixed, but unfortunately, I don't have the time to do it. Aggie came out, took off the disposal, and removed the spoon without having to replace the entire disposal. Lastly, I installed new sinks in my home, and some of the pipes were not long enough to connect with the sink drains. Therefore Aggie came out, assessed the situation, and completed the job in about two hours, saving me hundreds off what other local businesses were quoting me. Above all, every single Aggie Plumbing employee has been so friendly, whether their customer service reps, or their plumbers that visit our house. Responses by email and text are quick and they answer the phone or call back promptly. Highly recommend for plumbing and water heater service! I started off having them do some plumbing work for me to correct issues identified during a water meter replacement. They did a great job so I quoted for some more work - a leaky toilet valve, replacing the main water shutoff gate valve that leaks by, and a spigot that cannot decide whether it leaks or no. They sent thorough quotes that gave me all the necessary information to gather comps (none of which were comparable in price or thoroughness). I decided to move forward with the water heater and leaky toilet valve (when it rains it pours; AC went out at the same time I needed this job) and Tim showed up right at 9. He was polite and respectful and got right to work. He brought the new water heater in on a dolly, appropriately strapped and used a part of the cardboard box to protect the unit from the ratchet strap. When he had to run out for a part, he let me know and went to get it. The water heater install and toilet valve replacement took around 3 hours. I did a goof and moved cash to the wrong bank account and didn't have my checking account funded on the day of service. I called and talked to Audrey while Tim was still on site and she said it was totally fine to write a check that would be ready to cash on Friday (it's a Wednesday currently). Customer service is top notch and a great example of why to keep using independently owned businesses when private equity and corporate options seem like an easier option. One consideration is that of the 4-5 times Front Range Water Heater employees have been at my house, none have covered their shoes. For service professionals entering a home in all weather conditions and going back and forth to the nasty crawl space, that's a level of respect to the homeowner that I hope for every time and rarely encounter these days. So I'm not docking them for it but I do hope they consider the practice.

I made a request on Yelp for help on a Saturday and Brent at B-Line replied right away. He came on Monday and made recommendations and quoted a price for the work. He fixed the shower and replaced our 40 year old toilet with a modern water efficient Toto for a very reasonable price. He was friendly, professional, respectful and did a great job.
