She told me she didn't know how to provide a copy for me and that my other doctors wouldn't know what they were looking at anyway. I found this very unprofessional and unresponsive to a patient's needs/request. This was the first time my request has been denied. Since there are so many optometrists/ophthalmologists to choose from, I will be taking my business elsewhere
