But the instructions lost me with terms like "DIMM A memory module cover" and warnings to "ground yourself by using a wrist grounding strap." I decided this was a job for professionals. Dupont Computers wasn't cheap - Our laptop was out of warranty, so the minimum labor charge was $95. But they're convenient and professional. On our way to Lauriol Plaza around the corner, we dropped the laptop off. As our brunch check arrived, Dupont Computers called my cell phone to let us know the job was done. Easy! And the new keyboard looks and works great.

After the diagnostic (which was not completed on time), my computer was simply working properly, so I expected to be charged only the $45 diagnostic fee. Instead, they billed me $95 for repairs, even though I was never given the promised estimate or even a proper diagnosis of the problem. I don't like being lied to or stolen from. Go elsewhere.

We left the laptop, ran some errands, and 45 minutes later got a text that the laptop was ready. When we returned the key was fixed (was able to re-attach the broken key) and we weren't charged for the fix! First class and professional all the way. This small business gem is a bit hard to find (in a multi-story professional building) but we'll worth it and so nice to do business with a place like this vs. a big box repair establishment. We'll be back for our very next repair need, cracked screen, etc.

When my laptop died again, I called these guys up. They moved to seven corners. While I hate to drive, going here was a no brainer. I had a couple bad experiences fixing a phone in arlington, and it was worth getting in my car to get my computer fixed with no problems or repeat visits. They cleaned up computer and replaced the battery for $150. I have recommended this place to my friends, and won't hesitate to go back the next time my electronics fail.

The clerk took an unusually long time to complete a simple transaction, and it became pretty apparent that he was distracted or doing something else. After standing there waiting, I finally asked if everything was okay, and coincidentally my transaction was completed almost immediately afterward. I understand that stores get busy and employees have other things to handle, but basic communication and attentiveness go a long way. This could be a great place for people who enjoy browsing and collecting games, but unfortunately the poor customer service, disorganization, and inaccurate online inventory make it hard to recommend.
