The "healthy start" platter may be named with tongue-in-cheek as it features two generously thick and smoky slices of bacon and two eggs but the grilled mushrooms, avocado, and roasted potatoes made for an awesome brunch! Their giant pancakes are probably the best any restaurant can offer - better than many so-called "pancake houses." A stack of three is probably more than anyone can finish! The chipotle chicken panini was also more than I could eat at one sitting, the serving was so generous. This is not "fast food." Everything is cooked to order and is brought to the table when it is ready, so everyone may not be eating at the same moment, but everyone will be served a fresh dish, not one sitting under a heat lamp for 10 minutes while the rest of the order is finished. When we arrived at the restaurant, they had just received a large delivery of fresh produce that had yet to be stocked and I have to tell you that Flowers is ordering some high quality produce to serve its customers.

I ordered one with a little bit of cream and it wasn't hot enough, and she proceeded to take off the top after pouring it out and said, "it's steaming".... I guess she wanted to prove some kind of point, and missed the point which is, I didn't get what I ordered, a hot coffee, I didn't come in here to argue, I came in here to get what I paid for. I asked for a black cup of coffee instead. To top it off, when she went to refill my cup, I could see her and the other barista laughing at me, I guess saying how ridiculous it is to ask to get what you paid for. The other barista gave me my new cup asked me if I wanted cream on the side, which was nice. Employees need to be trained to be more polite. It's a pretty basic concept that if you don't give customer what they order, you apologize and make it right. I'll be going to Wholly Grounds from now on.
