This is hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've given them numerous tries because I know mistakes happen. They continuously screw up orders even though you sit in the drive-thru or stand in the store in 10+ minutes waiting for your orders routinely. It's so bad that I can't help but chuckle when you order a sandwich without onions, get the box with a sticker on it that says no onions, but there's onions on the sandwich. if i could give zero starts i would this girl was reading my order back to me and she said two big macs and i ordered two quarter pounders and i wasn't mad about her getting it wrong i said that wasn't my order and i tell her what i got and she was like and i quote "i literally just said that like that's what i read to you" then she was giving us nasty looks then finally my brother said no you said big mac and she goes "no i did not i read what was on the screen" then i say thank you happy holidays as i'm pulling away and she just ignores me read more

Quite possibly the worst restaurant in Lorain County. Always has a number of violations with the Health Department. Worse, truly awful food. Seriously, they made the sorriest quarter pounder I ever had until I went to the McDonald's on North Ridge Road. I'm guessing they have the same owner. read more

When I travel during the night, i like to go by McDonalds for coffee and a snack. Well this 24 hour McDonalds was closer to my destination so when I went to the drive thru, no one answered. Then I drove around to the window and a man and lady were "playing tickle" together, they ignored me. So I beeped my horn and the man came to the window and said they were closed. I asked why are you hear at 3am and why are your lights on if you are closed? He walked away and no one came back so I had to go to the other one farther out of my way. Never been back. read more

I try to avoid this location if I can. I have visited here many times and most of the time my order is incorrect or missing items. I have gone through the drive through many times and on a few occasions I sat there waiting to be acknowledged, after a few minutes I have to try and get their attention. The only time I get good service is during breakfast hours on the weekdays. I have encountered some employees at the drive through during the evening that seems like they don't care about their job, I would pull up and they hand me my order and close the window without even saying a word to me. read more

Ordered a filet-o-fish with extra cheese & extra tartar sauce. What I got was a normal filet with a HALF a piece of cheese and NO extra tarter. Called to complain and the "manager" Jen told me they only come with a half a piece of cheese...She then preceded to argue and get an attitude with me. She even went so far as to say my husband should have made sure to state "xtra cheese / xtra tartar" at the ordering screen AND at the window, so it was OUR fault the order was wrong.....POOR customer service & POOR food quality (HALF a piece of cheese? Every time I come through the drive thru I get parked. And then they still manage to mess up the order. I have waited up 25 mins for a simple egg white delight and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. If I go through the counter I have my choice of a kiosk or a person. Either way it takes a long time I mean at least 15 min for a standard menu item. read more

Came here for the first time yesterday for lunch. When I entered I was immediately asked if I wanted to order my meal on the kiosk. The worker was nice enough and provided me with an introduction on how to use the kiosk. She offered her assistance if I needed it. I realized that it was taking too long on the kiosk and the line for the cashier was virtually empty so I abandoned the kiosk and went straight to the register to order. The worker didn't give me a hard time or anything about it. Overall, I like the interior and this is probably one of the few places left with a play place. It seemed really clean. When I was done with my meal, the same worker (she was a blond with glasses) offered to take my trash for me and was very sweet. I am always impressed when I get service like that from a fast food chain. In conclusion, it was a good experience - I'll be back. read more

The drive thru is so slow it seems like they only help the first drive thru lane and the second one is stuck sitting there for twice as long. They're always out of multiple items. Better chance going to the one in Lorain. read more

This is without a doubt the worst McDonald's I have ever been into. Unfortunately I have to go in this place every morning there is food , drinks and trash all over the place every morning. They mop the floors but I don't think they even change the water but when they mop the grease off out of the back. You get in there and if there's a bit of water on your feet if you very easily feel sliding and hurt yourself. You walked in there and it smells like rotten oil grease. Normally when I'm in there the people are in the back just talking and playing on their cell phones. Once again this is without a doubt fourth place I have ever been into. I cannot understand how the managers would let them get away with this. If I work for the health department I would shut them down immediately. read more

We love coming to McDonald's after a long day at our boat. We arrived and the girls were non responsive so we used the automatic ordering. We ordered and while we waited the one cashier had her shirt pulled up so high that we could see her bare abdomen up to almost her bra line. She was scratching her stomach. Then she did it again and looked to have her finger wedged in her belly button. Absolutely disgusting. Then we waited 15 mins for food while several employees seemed to be taking their breaks in the dining room. Completely ridiculous and disgusting. read more

I'm amazed at the ability of McDonalds employees inability to get an order correct. First I ordered a 10 piece McNugget meal and then asked for the fish sandwich bogo deal for my spouse and was told I could not get the 2 fish sandwiches because I ordered a meal (apparently they want you to visit twice). I got a chicken sandwich and large fry instead of the bogo deal and was irritated to discover my large fry was not in my bag when I got home. What made it worse is a manager handed me my food at the window. So management doesn't even check the food in the bag to ensure accuracy of the order? I know working at a fast food restaurant isn't rocket science but how hard is it to read a screen and make sure everything on that screen is in the bag before handing it to the customer? read more

If there was a way I could just have no stars, I'd do it. I've been living in this area for a couple years now and every time I have ever decided to go to this McDonald's, they either get the order wrong, or the quality of the food is just bad. What always happens is I don't go there for months on end, I forget why I stopped going there, I try again, and then immediately regret it. The workers obviously just don't care about what they're doing and resent their job, and it shows in their service. read more

The employees were discussing a co workers life and talking horrible in front of many customers, as we said that this was very unprofessional, twos of the employees approached our table with an attitude and asked if something was wrong, this was the manager and another employee. We stayed that talking about a co-workers life was very unprofessional and said thank you and left. I'm very disappointed in this service. read more

This is the SLOWEST "fast" food drive through I have ever been to in my entire life. It's absolutely insane how long it takes to make it through the lines. The staff is always friendly and the food is generally spot on. But the drive through is maddening!!!! read more
