Literal hell. Every time i have went here, there service was incredibly slow. i used to order a number 7 without cheese and apparently they don't have damn ears. they always throw uncooked cheese on the burger. last time i went i put my foot down, i ordered a large fry and had to wait 20 minutes for fries. i go up to the counter and ask for my fries and they gave me the wrong size. and the previous time i went there i ordered food and they forgot the burger, how do you forget the burger???? i go up and have to ask 2 times while the manager is yelling at all the employees and once i get my burger its more dryer than microwaving pizza for 5 hours. if this place can improve, maybe ill come back, but for now I'm done with this place read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and I've been to many in MN. The staff were extremely rude, especially the woman behind the counter who wouldn't take my order, insisting I use the Kiosk instead. There was one other customer in the store and two cars in the drive thru so it wasn't busy at all! I'm 66 and don't use apps and such too well, but I struggled through using the Kiosk only to have it stop working after I placed my order. Went back to the counter where this same woman acted put out having to take my order, but when she told me the total, I asked why the Kiosk said it was $10.81 before it malfunctioned and now she is telling me it's $11.34? She said it's $11.34, take it or leave it! When I asked again, she told me I was being rude, she didn't have to help me and cancelled the order, telling me to, and I quote, "Get the f**k out of my store!" I asked her name because I would be contacting McDonald's and she said she didn't have to tell me that, to go ahead and contact them and see where that gets me, then put her hand over the card reader so I couldn't see her name on the transaction. I nudged her hand aside, and she screamed at the top of her lungs that I ASSAULTED her, she was calling the cops and told me to "get the f**K out" over and over again, even though I was already leaving! I sent in a complaint to McDonald's corporate office and received a standard, "we're sorry for your experience with unprofessional staff members" blah, blah, blah....but that woman should be FIRED!!! I doubt anything will happen to this woman though. Looking at the reviews here on YELP, it seems this location has had issues with rude and unprofessional staff for years! ETA: Brian Rudrud, Regional Manager for this location and 9 others, called me yesterday. He apologized profusely for this incident, assured me he'd be making a personal visit to this store to deal with this employee and is sending me some gift cards. I have been here a few times, and never really had any issues since my order always seems to be what I ordered. It seems that this drive-thru is always busy, so to stop here when there was a lull was the right choice. Not only did the big mac hit the spot, but the people were really nice and friendly. Rating this location one star when compared to all other McDonald's. They must seek out the youngest, most incompetent employees (trying to save money on wages?). ALWAYS slow, frequent errors in providing the right order, and the most unforgivable sin: COLD COFFEE! Do yourself a favor and drive another mile over to Riverdale if you need a McDs fix; their prices are even cheaper. This location is practically next door and each time I think I'll give them another go (because, it's just an order for coffee, how bad could that be?) I regret it. read more

They take forever, and the line is always long as hell. The people who work at the drive thru are usually pretty nice though.

My mother and I came to Mcdonald's just to get two ice creams and a small fry. Everything was fine at first, we sat down at a table and all was well until I got up to get a napkin. One of the employees there let out a huge burp. It was absolutely disgusting and I don't plan on going back inside there anytime soon. Disappointed with how the employees there acted. I may have had a bad experience here in the past, but I have to say today totally redeemed my thoughts about this particular McDonald's location period. I was running late for work and somehow dumped my wallet out of my car into the garage and didn't notice until I had already ordered my food at McDonald's and pulled up to the window :( I apologized to the woman working there and said I had forgotten my wallet at home,showed her my empty purse and said I would be right back and could I just reorder then or could they put the food aside? She was so sweet, she said, no problem don't run home, this is on me today I know what it's like to be up early in the morning for work! What an incredibly nice person and what a thoughtful thing to do on a tired a Sunday morning when I could hardly get up for work! I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. read more

So they are open 24 hours. On 2/25/2017 I got to the drive up at 1 am, and waited at the menu board for 3 minutes with no body saying anything. meanwhile the other lane with a menu board took two orders and they went just fine. I then reversed my car and to the first menu board speaker and they took my order. there was three cars ahead of me. I waited in that line for 15 mins and then got to the window and waited another 15 minutes. they said it was because of fries. the thing is the order before me waited 6 minutes and only got ice cream. When I asked the guy what the problem was he acted like that it was normal. My assessment is no staff and organizational skill. I cannot imagine what the food would of been like. Stay away from this location! I can't imagine having a good experience at all possible! This has been my local McDonald's for almost two years now and not one single time have I had something positive to say. I know the days of good customer service are as close to extinct as dinosaurs but holy kinky cats this place is the worst! I can not emphasise that enough. The food is NEVER "fresh", the employees... Worst McDonald's EVER! The staff (drive-thru) are unbelievably STUPID! I gave them one last chance and even ordered only 3 items this time. They CONSISTANTLY "forget" items and i have NEVER received a full order out of all the times I have been there (over 100+ visits). They didnt give me a receipt this time either, so i couldnt report the transaction. Whenever I go to this location I keep looking for the hidden cameras and wait for a TV show host to pop out from around the corner... it's THAT bad! I can't remember the last time my order has been 100% correct, a staff member was pleasant, the store was mostly clean, or the manager responded to my complaint with something other than "you can come back and I'll give you what was missed". Yeah, not driving 30 miles to come back for $10 worth of food. It should be checked before it goes out to the customer! We've been shorted food, given rotten and cold food, watched them take food from a drive thru customer who brought it inside because it was wrong and the employee took the food out of the bag and put it back or gave it to another customer, fraudulent charges on our card, and watched them use cups they were drinking out of and filled them for drive thru. The health inspector needs to go undercover at this location. Drive the extra couple of miles and go to the coon Rapids or Anoka location! read more
