I was in the neighborhood and had to stop by after spotting them. I ordered my usual 2 fingers and regular lemonade. The drink was perfect and had the right sweetness. The fingers were not as large as I've had at other locations, but crunchy as all get out. I just had lunch an hour before so it was just as well, Great location right off the exit. read more

Raising Cane's is a great chicken alternative for fast food in the Coon Rapids, Anoka, Andover area. Now that the crowds have died down, I finally had a chance to check these guys out. I thought they were pretty good, a nice alternative to the usual fast food burger scene. I've seen a lot of 5 star reviews of Cane's throughout the metro. I don't think I'd get all crazy and say 5 stars. But they seem to be a solid 4 for a fast food joint. The chicken tenders were good. I also liked the Cane's dipping sauce - a lot. It reminded me of 1000 Island Dressing but not as sweet, more sour and savory. It went great with my tenders. The front line staff were super nice. Ordered food today in the drive through. Was highly disappointed to see the inside is closed as everyone else had gone next door to Wendy's for food instead, which already made them lose service. Then we got our means and whoever has long hair, dark roots and a balayage, should be told to wear a hairnet and gloves so they can prep their food correctly without hair in it. I'd recommend following the crowd and going next door to Wendy's instead. read more

This place is fantastic! The best fast food you will ever have. The line that wraps around the building moves very fast. Every time I go to Raising Cane's I cant wait to get that fantastic chicken sandwich inside me. It is tremendously good! Another bad lunch experience here. Employees have poor communication skills and lack execution or follow through. Hard to find a spot to sit unless you wipe down one of the many open tables that are filthy. 2 trash areas at this location were both overflowing with garbage. Plenty of employees just standing behind the counter though. Overall just a poor place to go for food/customer service. There's a reason Culver's is opening new locations in every town. This place is so worth going to, especially when I have a craving from some chicken fingers and some texas toast. When we got here the other day, the drive-thru and inside was not busy. But when we left with our take-out order the inside had a few people, and the drive-thru was starting to get busy. I liked how I was able to walk up and make up my mind right away. Especially with the simplicity of their menu only having a few options. When I got home I really enjoyed how the food was not only piping hot, but how it had that deep fried taste. And it really was finger licking good as well. It is so worth going back to, especially since it is really convenient and they have really good tasting texas toast. read more

From my experience, everyone seemed to be moving very fast. Good team, just needs a little better direction. Arrived at Raising Cane's at 5:51pm with my daughter, got out of the car and went inside at 6:15 to order food, while my daughter stayed in the drive thru. It was 6:30 when I received my order and my daughter was 2nd in the drive thru, she received her meal at 6:35. We were in line for 45 minutes, longer than a restaurant wait. I think everyone was working really hard they just need guidance, work smarter not harder. read more

I used to enjoy getting Cane's. Two of the past three visits I'd been shorted at least one food item. Today I ordered 3 Caniacs at the drive thru. When I got home, all 3 meals were shorted, 2 chicken fingers each. All they have to do is count to 6 but 3 out of 4 visits now, that's been a struggle. To ad insult to injury, the fingers aren't anywhere close to the size the used to be. Their chickens must be dieting. When I called to complain, they did offer to give me what I was shorted but it's not worth the hassle to travel back there. I'm done wasting my money there. read more

We used this Raising Canes location for a catering order on Saturday, June 12th (250 fingers and 100 bread). I was very impressed from beginning to end. They were polite and friendly when we placed the order in advance and again friendly when we called the day before to confirm our order. I arrived a few minutes early and they apologized for not having it ready, but said they'd have it ready at the time scheduled and they did. Everything was hot, and prepared well. They even carried the order out to my vehicle! Excellent. I would recommend this location for your catering needs. The staff was friendly and the food delicious. Overfilled drink spills all over me and my car. Down the door into window and door lock buttons. My lap and floor soaked. Girl who handed it to me said it was my fault. Tried to stop for some food today, the line was long. We spotted a parking spot so we decided to park and go in to order. The door was locked and someone who was eating outside said oh they're closer in there drive thru only. No where was there any sign that said that at all. Tried this place out because someone gave me a gift card. Hardly anything on the menu and more employees than customers chicken was rubbery with no flavor what's so ever and their special sauce tasted like vinegar and mayo. How this place got a franchise is beyond me but I will continue to get my chicken strips from County Market down the street they are so yummy and less expensive.
