Wonderful service from this Wendy's! Guy at the counter was so nice, and I really appreciate the good food!

Had breakfast for the first time ate Wendy's just a few weeks ago and their breakfast potatoes were the best I have ever had, went back today for their wonderful $3.00 Breakfast Croissant Deal with their potatoes, really? What a steal. The breakfast sandwich is good, about what you would expect the swiss cheese is nice and creamy. But those potatoes! WOW! They describe them as Natural - cut, skin - on potatoes cooked to perfection and seasoned with cracked black pepper and garlic powder. These are so light, crispy seasoned to perfection and always HOT. They should win some type of contest for best breakfast potatoes. read more

Check your receipt; they're running credit card scams out of the drive thru! I had a coupon, courtesy of T-Mobile Tuesday, to get a free chicken sandwich. I also ordered an apple pecan salad. I had issues at the ordering screen due to the language barrier of the cashier. I provided the barcode for the free chicken sandwich and used Apple Pay to purchase the salad. The total should have been $9.50. I was charged $16.52. I've provided a receipt for reference. When I brought it to the cashiers attention before pulling off, she didn't appear to understand. I spoke with the woman next to her who first told me that the salad was $16.52 and had the nerve to ask me for an additional $7.02. I asked, "FOR WHAT?!" and told her that I already paid. At that point, they couldn't understand English. I demanded my change, as it says at the bottom of the receipt that I'm owed. Should I just assume it was a language barrier and they don't know how to work the drive thru or are they just right out stealing? I'll let you all be the judge... read more

Terrible Wendy's... first off I ordered a SMALL vanilla frosty-cino and did not get it. Instead I got a LARGE drink... NOT all people want larger beverages. It tastes like water with half a shot of espresso.. talk about disgustingggggg!!! Had not been to Wendy's in years. Was pulling up and noticed that the Wendy's signs on the building were not lit up, could barely tell it was open. Lights were out in the parking lot as well, this is 5PM on a Saturday night. Was just stopping by for a frosty, when I walked in someone said "front counter" alerting them I was there. Someone walked up to the register and I started my order. She said she was clocking out not taking my order so I waited. Someone else walked up very slowly and didn't say anything to me and I asked if he was taking my order. Although he wasn't unfriendly, the attitude of everyone there was just not professional, nonchalant. One employee was laying down in one of the booths. Wasn't given a receipt even though it was a charge. Anyhow, the place was deserted of customers and I can see why. The frosty still tasted like I remember, but this business has gone downhill for sure :( read more

this photo might be self explanatory but i ordered a total of 6 items and the only thing that was decent was my strawberry lemonade. i knew there was a reason i don't come to this wendy's. nuggets cold, my other lemonade was weird, my bacon was definitely burnt and they didn't even put the cheese on right. when we called to speak to a manager and explain our situation she said "peace out bitch" and hung up the phone. this order was placed at 9pm on September 3rd, 2024. this is not my first issue with this wendy's and i will not be coming back. read more

Gross gross GROSS all my burgers I received were sloppy ketchup was all over the top of the bun. They were also wrapped sloppy. Fries were cold and all at the bottom of the bag. The cashier owed me $10.56 back and only gave me $5.56. She closed the window on me and so I just pulled off, figuring I just won't visit them anymore. The workers didn't have on Wendy's attire.. all street clothes. The female working the drive thru had a big pink bonnet on her head.. just a complete ZOO there. Wendy's - A sloppy Jr. Cheeseburger - Burgers Near Me - Coon Rapids, Minnesota

Asked for extra cheese on my chili, got none, and charged for it. No cup holders, but nice cashier got me a bag. What bothered me was when I didn't know what I wanted (been a while since I've been to a Wendys) the employee made small talk and offering products, being friendly and hospitable, and that wasn't the problem. The problem was some rude employee jumped on, no smile in her voice, like someone who hates their job, and rushed me through my order. See, this is the problem with fast food service today, screw the customer, get them in and out and forget a welcoming experience. The man who started my order (Wed at 445pm) was great, the woman, not so much. Probably would've given the restaurant a 4 IF that female employee wasn't so rude and treating me like an inconvenience instead of a welcomed guest. Sad. read more

I couldn't get any worse, roaches on my drink, the old lady Sue is horrible yelling and calling names at the employees like she own the place, she event throw the fries on employee face, dine in dirty, while I was complaining she was on the phone talking to Latino guy instead fixing my order, don't know how they have this very rude and unprofessional in charge, what kind of liders they have that allow this kind of behavior. I work a HR person and I never allow nobody treat employees that way. They should fired her if they want to prevent any issues. Most of them seem like a very hard working people and nobody deserves to be treated like that. Good not great but it was ok. went through the drive thru tonight and got a 10 pc nugget. when my friend started eating, he noticed a hair and wanted to tell them and possibly get a new one or even a coupon. we pulled up to get the new nuggets and the kind lady at the window asked if we had a 4 piece. he reminded her that he got a 10 pc but would've taken the 4 piece or a coupon but the lady asked the kitchen for a 10 pc. a guy in the kitchen VERY loudly said: "WOW, a 10 piece for ONE nugget?!" we were appalled as we were nothing but kind towards them and the experience. if you're going to say something rude about your customers maybe make sure they can't hear you. read more

I was just here the other day, looking for a good lunch to-go spot. As I always has seen this place, but never stopped here I thought that I would give it a try. Seeing how busy the drive-thry was, I decided to chance it by going inside for take-out. What added to my surprise was how not only was I the only person in line, but that they didn't mind taking my order. Since, I feeling hungry, but wanted something simple, I chose the $5 five piece meal. I liked not only the simplicity of it, but how it actually fills me up. Even though it took a little longer, as a result of having a shortage of workers, I did not mind. The person that took my order was pleasant, and nice to talk to. Plus, even though I waited it was kind of nice to wait inside, and not have to deal with the cold when I rolled down my window, when I was in the drive-thru. When I got my food, I couldn't wait, as it was not only piping hot, but the food tasted really good, as well. The nuggets and fries tasted like how they are supposed to taste. Of course the nuggets and fries are always good to share. It would be fun to go back, as the food tasted really good, and the employees really cared to get the orders right. read more

I always loved Wendy's. And we order the same thing once a week. Junior bacon cheeseburger and a chili. My chili last time was rancid. I've been puking for 3 days because of it. Never will I go back. Wendy's, you just lost 3 people that ordered weekly. read more

This Wendy's use to be pretty rough and it was completely shut down and remodeled in 2015. The building has now been brought up to date with a welcoming appearance. Overall it's fairly consistent with the service & food quality especially when comparing to some of the not so great competitors in the area. Wendy's also has a nice variety of premium lemonade including flavors you won't find at other fast food joints. Given the many choices in the area for fast food, I prefer this Wendy's over other places as I'm usually given good service & decent food. As with any fast food place, the food on any given day can be hit or miss such as soggy fries or a not so great burger. Considering this is a fast food place, this location is usually on the better side of things which also includes order accuracy. I usually don't have any problems. read more

I am baffled on how this Wendy's manager/associate conduct herself. I could not obtain the manager's name she refused to give to me stating that this is a franchise so corporate can't help me either. When I got to the window after ordering my food I was told the price the price did not line up in my head so I asked for French toast sticks that came up to almost 4/5 dollars to be removed and then handed my card to the manger she gave total of like 7 dollars or so according to her, I asked for a receipt she advised me that the receipt machine wasn't working at the time I should've known that it was bigger than that I get home I realize she never gave me my orange juice so I go back and get my orange juice I also asked if she can remake my potato wedges because now they're cold since I had to come back and get my orange juice she starts yelling telling me no that she just gave those wedges to me so they shouldn't be cold! I ask for the manager she says I am the manager she also was advised that she could take all the food back because the way that she was conducting her self was shocking and horrible! Get home and I see that she intentionally charge me for the French toast sticks but I asked her to take them off before I gave the card! Keep in mind the French toast sticks were not in my bag all I had in my bag was two orders of wedges and a honey chicken biscuit. Disputing the transaction! I can't believe her read more

Tonight was bad. The manager, Angie, yelled at my son and daughter. We ordered and realized the pop machine was out of order so my son wanted a certain drink that is in the pop machine, the manager yelled and said we don't have that back here ( behind the counter)you can get coke products. She didn't offer a refunded anything just walked away with the cups sitting on the counter. I heard her tell an employee, I know it's not working I'll call tomorrow and get someone in here. The place seemed out of sorts there were three people working the line, no one bagging our order which was done and sitting for over 10 minutes. I don't like spending my money at any place with such disrespect. I won't be going to this Wendy's again. I wonder if we were white would things be different. read more

While the food is good, when it's actually what I ordered, the wait times as well as the attention given to customers is horrendous. This is unfortunately the closest one to my home. If you go through the drive-thru, expect to wait a VERY long time. Last night i asked the drive-thru lady what toppings were on the Baconator burger. Her response "um, i don't really know that right now because i'm not a cook". Mk, i guess i'll still take one. Then i waited 7 minutes at the window for our 2 chili's and 3 burgers. When she handed us our food she said "sorry" half-heartily and shut the window. One chili was tipped over in the bag AND she didn't give us the large chili's we ordered. Like i said, this isn't the first bad experience at this particular location. The chili brings me back time after time. However, on many occasions i haven't gotten everything I've ordered. I try to check before I leave now, but sometimes I just forget. Ownership needs to address this ASAP. You put all of this money into remodeling the store. I came here on a Sunday evening at 5:30 pm, and it seemed that there were a lot of employees standing around and not a lot of direction. It took a few minutes to get served even though there was an employee next to us not doing anything. Also some of the employees were snapping at each other which I thought was somewhat inappropriate.
