I see that McDonald's is trying to regain customers through making more investments in technology. Seems like maybe going back to concentrating on food quality would make more sense. When the onions are thicker than the meat on a quarter pounder, something is wrong. When the majority of the French frys you get are an inch and a half long and luke warm, something is wrong. Not sure what genius is working on regaining customers, but maybe they need to find someone else. read more

I realized I haven't ate all day so thought I'll stop off and grab a bite. It took a little bit for someone to greet and take my order in drive thru but other than that it was a pleasant experience. The parking lot was kinda maintained, still had spots of ice and snow but you could walk over majority of it. Parking lot was clean of trash and or cigarette butts. The nuggets and fries were fresh enough I had to wait or blow on them. Service was faster than I've ever experienced at a Mc Donald's as well! read more

stopped by at 9:45 pm on 8/11/2025 drive through ordered double cheese burger value meal and ice cream cone. Drive through 1 took our money and receipt was a drive through number, forward to window 2 to get our order. Checked it and found we only received coke, burger with ice cream cone. Excuse me this was not what we ordered? OK, I will get my manager. Waited expecting a manager to correct the transaction. Young girl returns, my manager is cooking and said she didn't have time to discuss the situation. Please ask her if she will come here for a minute, girl came back and said she said No. Seriously? she replied I'm new here and you'll just need to leave. Literally almost 40 minutes in the drive thru. Over 5 minutes per car ahead of me. This location has dropped off a cliff in terms of service. Just stating the obvious they seem to prioritize the hiring of a certain demographic which you'll figure out after one visit. Not making the mistake of going to this location again. A 1.8 overall just doesn't seem right for this location. Granted my experience here is limited. We helped my gf's mother move into Prairie View Senior Living last night. The truck was late getting in and we didn't finish unloading, setting up furniture, and pseudo-unpacking until about 1030 PM. We were both starving when we were done. Because of the time we wrapped up fast food was about the only option we had. We hit the drive through at this location and our visit was pleasant enough. The drive through attendant took our order, first window to pay, pick up food at second window. You all know this drill. The food was hot and the order was correct. And we were just really grateful to have something to eat after four hours of unloading a truck and putting furniture together. read more

Ordered and rushed home to find they forgot fries in both meals. I called to ask for them to go to my order and comp the fries or at least find a solution. I was told the manager said you need to come to the store for that which is fine but can't due to the store closing soon. Then I ask if the manger is there and says she is the manager. I'm confused if she's lying to not take accountability or avoid the issue. But then she started being rude over the phone when I asked if she was really the manager. Whoever it was needs fired ASAP. They did it again. I went to use my 5 separate free sandwiches certificates and they told me that I can only use one at a time. Corporate McDonald's complaint number is 800-244-6227 if you have any issues at this location. We just had this issue a year ago and I was ASSURED by the manager that they had this taken care of. After waiting at the register for 15 minutes we realized we weren't going to get service...we then went to fill out our order on the machines in the lobby. Once I ordered we the machine said it couldn't process my order with payment - thankfully I caught the eye of BOH worker. I asked to pay for my food so it would ring up - next they were out of ice. Now I am standing waiting for someone to notice me again, another 10 minutes have gone as I am missing an item in my order. They are short staffed but have cleared the driveway twice by the time the gentleman who was waiting 30 minutes for food next to us got serviced - mind you he was ignored & we had to point him out.. And as I type this a worker left her team while they're scrambling..again, I understand being swamped but this was really frustrating. read more

I went there for a DoorDash order of 3 burgers. Never once checked in with me or even asked me what I wanted while I stood at the register for 5 minutes. Then they handed me the bag without even confirming it was my order. Thankfully it was the right order, but all they seemed to be doing was laughing and goofing off. Oh is this place bad it's so bad it's to the point of being gloriously bad. This place literally screws our order up every time. They have done it so many times that we don't get mad about it anymore and have actually turned it into a game. Whether it's forgetting fries, giving the wrong dipping sauce, putting a girl toy in a boy happy meal, or forgetting the chicken in a chicken sandwich, this restaurant will always find a fun new way to mess up your order. I rated this a 1 star because most people probably aren't going to be too excited about getting all their food screwed up. She had attitude with me while I was ordering and then when we got to the window we asked for a water cup since it's right there and it takes 3 seconds to fill up, and she said "you can go back around" instead of giving it to us. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely awful. Went through the drive thru today and it took 4 tries for the lady taking my order to get it correct on the screen. Either she wasn't hearing me properly or she wasn't listening or the speaker wasn't working for her... But I had to repeat my order 4 times for her. Then when I get to the window, she was rude, short and appeared to 100% hate her job. I gave her a $20 bill and when she was giving me my change, she pretty much threw the coins at me and dropped one of the quarters. Then when I went to message it to her, the window closed and she walked away from the window. I pulled up to the second window and that person was very friendly. She read me my order and I noticed my request for ketchup only had not made it to the order. And sure enough, when I opened my sandwich it is covered in poorly chopped onions. Well I was hungry and thought I'd grab a burger. It was 10:30pm. Haven't been to this location for a while. They jacked everything up too many times. Well it doesnt look like they have figured anything out with the extra time I gave them. 1st the order yourself kiosk let me go through my entire order just to let me print my receipt to pay cash and it was blank. It took forever for one of the three workers to acknowledge me..then ordered and now going on 10 minutes for my fast food. They seem to be focusing only on drive thru customers. This will probably be my last stop here. I have better things to spend my time on. Owner must not care. They should spend more time at restaurant. I don't normally write a review for Mickey Ds but I wanted to mention the exceptional service I received recently. I went in for a breakfast sandwich and saw a sign that McD was selling ice by the bag. I told the server I needed 2 bags because of the electricity outage that had lasted over 48 hours which required me to throw out all of the food in my refrigerator/freezer. The server asked if I had a cooler, which I did, she then offered to fill my cooler with ice for free. The staff even went so far to carry the cooler to my car and place it in the trunk. With this type of service I will be sure to return. read more

Went there today and terrible service. They're relying on their kiosks so no one was at the register almost the entire time I was there. The manager was super lazy and told a lady they were out of her drink until one of the guys said they had some in the freezer. She told him to go get it since he could fit. Apparently she didn't check because she's to big to fit. I waited for about 5 minutes to get creamer and was told they were out even though they put some in my coffee and she was complaining about the boss not ordering anything...over and over again. I downloaded Yelp for the first time today specifically to give this location a single star because I had plenty of time to do so while waiting in line. I've been here 5-10 times over the last few years and it doesn't matter if there's one or ten people in front of me, there's 0% chance that I'll have my food in less than 15 minutes. I don't even care about them getting my meal wrong here and there. If I could just get ANYTHING off the menu before my next birthday rolls around I'd be happy.
