I ordered from this location on doordash. I ordered one sandwich with just meat and bread for my stepson. they made it wrong and then got rude with my dasher when she asked them to make sure it was plain. another burger was no onions, add mayo. no mayo or mustard on the burger and maybe two drops of ketchup. the last burger was no onions , extra ketchup . extra pickles. it barely had any ketchup and not a single pickle! this location is the worst in the area and I will NOT be ordering from there again ! read more

Horrible service! Ordered me and my gf food on the app, then waited outside for over 25min. I had to get out the car and walk in the restaurant to see if our food was ready, soon as I walked in they came to the door with our food but forgot our 13 cookies we ordered... not to mention they almost gave us the wrong order when I told her the ticket number and she said she didn't know what the ticket number was ... it was stapled on the bag right there in front of her smh. Normally I don't have a problem with this location, but today I did. On the morning shift the cashier was not friendly at all. When I drove to the pick up window, I could see my food was ready and sitting by the window, but the young lady wearing a JSU sweatshirt, was doing everything but giving everyone in the drive through their food. I had to blow my horn to get her attention. After I finally got my food, I asked her for my receipt, she told me they were out of paper and have not given them out all morning. I walked in the Golden Springs McDonalds waited behind a door dash person. Someone acknowledged her and went to retrieve her order. She came back gave her the order then the server walked away to the drive thru screen. A manager popped away from the drive thru with a beverage she had made , saw me standing there and did not even acknowledge me. I stood there 10 minutes not one person came to take my order. The manager and the girl with a reflective vest on both saw me standing there looked at me and went back to the drive thru. I get being busy I worked for McDonald's almost 10 years was in management so I know what it takes. This was just poor management this was today and the time was 9:15 a.m. I ended up walking out because at that point I was too aggravated to even want anything . Stopped in this morning 9/21/2024 around 10:00 am. I placed my order and was told to pull forward, and my food would be out soon. After 10 minutes I walked in and asked about my order. The cashier shrugged his shoulders and walked over to counter picked up a bag and handed it to me. I asked him what the issue was? and he stated he didn't know and that he just came off break. He looked disheveled and had bad body odor. He was also completely indifferent and disrespectful. Nice job McDonald's! read more

The person taking my order in the drive thru was very RUDE! I actually don't like this restaurant except for the sweet tea but I will never be back. On another note, look up the owners of this restaurant. The corporation is called Black Family Restaurants! I don't usually write bad review but, this place is really bad in customer service, I spend $53 on my order and they forgot my nuggets that supposed to come with the Big Mac Pack, I call and they told me they give it to me and just hang up the phone. I have never been so embarrassed I'm trying to do my job for doordash so I was trying to get my doordash and I told her the number and the name and she said we don't got it and I said okay is there anyway we can check and she said we don't got it. She didn't want to help me fix the problem and I was trying to be real nice so I ask can I pull up to the window. And I told her that this happen before and I said that the doordash lady told me to show me my phone to her to show her its paid for and the meal is from McDonald's on Quintard. She said I can't do anything and she rolled her eyes at me and she had an attitude towards me. And I was just trying to do my job. I was doing what I was told and she was being mean. Every time I go to this Mcdonald's located on Quintard in Anniston, AL; their machines are down, or they are only accepting cash, or the aren't making what I am wanting, their coffee is cold, their fries are stale, etc. I work in the ER up the street from them and its hard enough to go there on my break much less get turned around because of their malfunctions. It is ridiculous and is an often occurrence. read more
