We finally got our opportunity and the first reason for the over all slow line was presented .... we had to confirm our order 3 times to make sure they got it right. It really wasn't that complicated, ordering straight from the menu. Next up, our wait for drinks, about 10 more minutes passed and our names were finally called ... well almost all of us .... one drink lagged behind almost 5 more minutes. Extreme lack of organization seem to contribute to the overall ability to provide quality customer service. The place is honestly a work of art with the paintings and decor. The bartender made me an espresso martini and tweaked it to my liking.
