Longest I have ever waited at a McDonald's. Do NOT stop here if you are driving down to Seattle

They were really slow but the Mchickens were soooo good and the hot fudge Sunday was good but it could've had more fudge in it. The customer service was definitely not the best. They had pad locks on the bathroom doors which was inconvenient because I really had to go to the bathroom after drinking a 24 oz water and then sitting in the car for an hour. The food was cheap and good for the price, it wasn't very clean and the needed to take out the garbage I noticed when I was throwing away the wrappers and cup. It could've been better and we went up to one of the cashiers at the front but she just ignored us. The other worker at the cash register was nice enough to take our order but wasn't the friendliest and he just looked down the whole time. read more

This place made me very mad, the sign said that it closed at 12:00am but they closed at 10:00pm, when we arrived they told us that they closed and that we had to leave. Not only is this very unorganized, it is very inconvenient. read more

Their ice cream machine is down every single time... Something is super fishy regarding this because it's literally a running joke now. Either take ice cream stuff off the menu and stop disappointing us, or get a darn machine that will actually work and keep up on the maintenance! read more

This place is a joke at night. Staff has this problem with each customer coming in to get food at night. Especially the drive thru incel. Manager is super nice though. read more

If I could rate zero, I would! We waited for over ten minutes with only one other car in the drive through with us. I could understand if it was a rush or even right after but as someone in the industry this was not close to a rush time at all. My burger was oozing with sauce and it was cold and soggy. We also got a six pc. Nugget but they gave us much more but they were also cold. My fry was half filled (none spilt out) and cold.. AGAIN so when I asked her to fix it not only did he have an attitude but she actually rolled her eyes and sort of stomped off. Absolutely terrible customer service from the Manager on 2-4-2021 at approx. 11:45 (incase the owner wants to know who to have a chat with). I ordered a combo meal and then was told the soda machine was down so my options were limited to only a couple drinks, which I did not like either. I asked if they were giving upgrades for the drink since I could not get the rootbeer I wanted, she(manager) said no, I then asked for a water and was told that I would still be charged as if I got a soda. The Manager was rude and not willing to help me out, because of her customer service skills, I will not visit this restaurant again and I will be sure to let others know of my experience. If I was the owner of this restaurant, I would reprimand this Manager and be sure she understands that she has cost the company a customer and part of its reputation. read more

Drive thru took 20 min... bit ridiculous for fast food. Our order was wrong, and the girl taking our money had hickeys all over her neck.

Nice McDonalds with a kid playland. There was an employee, Matt, cleaning tables and keeping the area tidy. On our way out we went to use the restroom and he was cleaning up in that area and put in the bathroom code without us asking. It was a great experience. Food was as expected for McDonalds. They forgot the apple slices, but when we asked they happily corrected the mistake. read more

The food was good fries were fresh and hot, but the place had garbage all over the floor especially towards the kids area and the tables had old fries and crumbs like they never been wiped down. But the thing that really pissed me off about this location was the men's bathroom. I went in to change my son's diaper, I'm a single father of two. Once I got in there with my son there was NO changing tables, but there was a place to stick your dirty needles..... Nice to see McDonald's catering to drug addicts and not single dads read more

I take my son to get a couple of dipped cones every night after wrestling practice. They seem to have difficulty with out simple order. I'm not to impressed with their staff. read more

I enjoy "hot mustard" with my fries. I asked for one and they said, "that'll be eleven cents." Are you kidding me?!?!? I spent $7.00 on my meal and they want to charge me 11 cents for one packet of sauce!!!!! I am never coming back to this McDonald's. NEVER. read more

Stopped for breakfast. Tried out their kiosk ordering. Clear as mud. Took me awhile but I finally made it. Hardly any seats for adults to sit away from the little ones. The whole time I was there some machine was clanking and grinding and another one had an alarm beeping. The machinery noises were horrible and annoying. The kids giggles were great. read more

Avoid this location at all costs, unless you have 30 minutes to be stuck in a merging drive-through line with no way out once you've realized it's never going to move and then when you finally make it to a human only to be told there's no food it's being made but 10 min later you holler in to tell them to forget it then surprise there's your food that has been sitting there the whole time and you take off only to realize your order is wrong. read more

We stopped here on our way up North. Our first impressions were positive as the interior is all new with a nice design and modern colors. But then... the employees were very young and didn't seem to know how to place the orders. And finally, we used the bathrooms while waiting for our food, and they were so dirty. The bathrooms are locked and you have to ask for the key code, but the bathrooms were not only dirty but also out of paper products. Perhaps they have forgotten to give their cleaner the passcode? Just disgusting and off-putting. We will never stop there again. McDonalds should have rules against allowing such neglect in their franchises. No establishment serving food should have such dirty bathrooms. read more

I went through the drive thru and ordered the 2 cheese burger lunch and asked for extra ketchup mustard and pickles, otherwise you get a pea size dot of each. I had to repeatedly repeat my order. When I picked it up at the window I assumed it would be correct, silly me I should know better. My fries were cold and the burgers were dripping with ketchup and a pea size dot of mustard and 2 pickles. There was so much ketchup on it that the bun didn't stay on and it dripped down the sides. I was so mad I threw the lunch away. Couldn't eat them too Messy. Why can't you get a correct order at this McDonalds!!!!!!!!! read more

I don't rate them a star the manager had a poor attitude on top of that we had to wait for an hour for our food and watch them give it to the drug attics (homeless) for free after I have waited and paid for my food. Then when I went to confront them about they told me " We have not even start to Cooking your food yet". I recommend DON'T come here to eat. read more

Stopped for a quick lunch. The double drive-through line was ridiculously out of sync. If you got in the left lane you had to wait for the jammed up right lane before you could get out. 2 to 1 as far as serving. Sometimes when I order a meal, I order a bottle of water instead of a soda pop. Usually there's a very small up-charge but they were going to charge a dollar. That's double what I paid at the last three McDonald's. The person taking my order couldn't understand the difference between a 4, 6 or 10 piece. I had to say the number six five times before she finally got it. 25 minutes to get through the drive-through. And still be served cold french fries That's pretty insane too. read more

I've complained long and loudly regarding the homeless and drug activity. Maybe my review was read and heeded. I've been through there within the last couple of days and none of the homeless people or drug dealers/buyers were around. In fact, the entire outside area looked much better kept. One employee was even going through a planter and clearing out trash. I hope they keep up the vigilance to keep away unsavory activity. read more

Used drive thru and tried to convert a 2 for 5 deal to a meal. The menu sign said you could and gave the price the guy taking order said I was wrong argued with me and would not do it. This is the dirtiest and slowest McDonald's to which I have ever been. The food that is supposed to be hot is luke warm. The service people have lost their ambition to work. I was not greeted when I came in. They forgot part of my order. I waited longer than usual. It seems that there is no pride or professionalism in the fast food industry anymore. If that is a disease, it may have started in this McDonald's. I used to work at McDonald's, I know they used to have an ethos of clean as you go and treat every customer with courtesy and respect. This place is poorly operated and managed! I only came in because the kiddo wanted a Happy Meal. I gave over a $50 and was short changed $40! It took a few minutes before I realized their mistake and approached the counter to ask for the correct change back. The manager on duty came out and argued with me that my receipt showed I had paid with a $20. I explained that the cashier had obviously entered the incorrect bill, and suggested they check their camera. The manager refused to check the camera and threw a $20 bill at me! I gave it back and asked her to politely hand it over to me. I'll never go into that McDonalds again! The franchise owners need to have their management staff trained in customer service! read more

This is your typical McDonald's. I have never had an issue with my order and they are always pretty quick to have the food in my hands. The staff is always been very friendly. Pretty clean and up to date inside and dual drive through. It is one of the few McDonald's that I have been to that still has a PlayPlace. read more

Arrived at 11:45am to find the drive thru menu boards still showing breakfast options, not lunch. Mentioned this at the pay window. Was told everyone was too busy to change the menus to lunch. The 3 giggling employees at the pick up window didn't seem busy at all yet they couldn't even include napkins with my drive thru order. LAME! read more

Just attempted to pick up breakfast for tomorrow morning. Hotcakes and sausage. How about remembering to put in the sausage patty? Really, half the order missing? And the included utensil? A spoon. This was one of the crappiest service tonight. My wife and I just wanted a quick dinner before heading home. Keep in mind we only had one car I. Front of us in the drive thru. First off, when we were ordering the lady on the intercom made it seem like we were being rushed off. She kept asking is that it?! Is that it? When we just said one thing. It was annoying. The we waited for almost 20min for the other car in front of us, which we saw leave with one small bag. Then when it came to our turn another long wait. She came to the window and said we're just waiting on your fries. Which we saw fries that were just made. On top of that when she gave us our food she only opened the window less than half way and gave us our food. When we got home our meal was such a disappointment. We ordered 20 piece nuggets. Which were so burnt and dry! And also looked as if they were just refried! We ordered two my chickens and the chicken looked so dry. Our sauces were all wrong. No napkins were given. It was almost 10pm on Saturday night on 7/6, just came in from a very long flight from Thailand. We decided to get something to eat before hitting the front door. No customer inside the place. There is a customer at the drive thru window. Three staffs chatting/working by the drive thru window. We stood by the counter, one young lady was making a large dipped cone. We waited patiently thinking once she finished making the cone for "customer" she would then help us. But NO! once she was done with that she gave that cone a quick big bite & proceed to walk away. Not a glance our way, we realized she must be clocking out of her shift & decided to make the cone "one for the road". Husband then said "can we get sime help here". The three staffs continued to happily chatting away, girl with cone then off handedly shouted "customer at counter" as she was walking out the door. We finally got a look see from the three staffs but nobody made the move toward us. Hungry & angry we left the place. Don't know who was in charge that night. We realized it isn't a high paying job but it is a job and should be treated as such. This is the case of "lights on but nobody home" read more

Okay it's McDonald's but really, the young woman at the drive-thru was rude & incompetent. Forgot my kid's drink. Wouldn't fix the problem because they "can't take orders from this window." Was told too bad, you can go inside. I will avoid them from now on, as there is plenty of other cheap unhealthy food to choose from...Sheesh! We were in a rush or wouldn't have gone there otherwise.
