This is now the third day in a row it's happened normally we go to a different McDonald's but it's all the way across town. We didn't want to do that today and one of the workers came out, and this van was waiting for their food just about as long as us, and she banged on his windowwhen she saw that he was not in there because he went in looking for his food just like my boyfriend went in looking for our food and our food was warm but not by much and there was no syrup and in the end my boyfriend ended up having to ask them for our food because it was still not delivered. I always get great service going through the drive-thru at this location. Especially when Lea is working! I finally asked her her name. Every time she's working the drive-thru, she makes it fun. I Have A Problem with McDonalds in Smokey Point. I go there to meet my parents there because they live in Stanwood. I Commute from Vashon Washington. I Don't drive I take the bus and the Ferry. It takes me 4 hours. To get up to Smokey Point and they have this sign that says you can't bring in luggage with rollers because they consider you a homeless person in which is wrong. And violates Human Rights law. Anyways I usually bring one thing of luggage with me. Because I stay at my parents house for a few days because I help them out with stuff like mowing their lawn and other things because they have supported me all my life. I have a learning Disability called Dyspraxia which is another form of Dyslexia. And I always bring my money with me to pay for my meal. And I don't want to leave my luggage out there because I don't want any of my items to get stolen. They Shunned me outside in the cold air. To eat my meal. They don't have any tables with chairs to sit on while eating I felt embarrassed and humiliated. I am a paying customer and shouldn't be treated this way. And where I live they don't have a McDonald's here on Vashon because it's small but we do have a Subway restaurant here but we also have a variety of places to eat at. but when I meet my parents I crave McDonald's or KFC , Arby's, or Popeye's because we don't have them here. Any ways McDonald's lost me as a paying customer. I have been commuted ever since before this sign went up. I was honestly very disappointed in the service even as an employee who works there and came in as a customer and I asked for a meal and was rung up for each item individually instead which charged me at least over $3 more than it should have if not more and I asked for a sweeter iced coffee with a few more pumps of hazelnut and caramel and I was literally given one pump of hazelnut and one pump of caramel in a cup after being told it was already in there and kindly stating I would like it a bit sweeter please. For several years, I have been searching for a McDonald's that can correctly complete the McNugget Challenge. I have finally found it, ladies and gentlemen. For those unaware, the McNugget Challenge is a demonstration of the typical ineptitude of McDonald's employees. While ordering, the customer asks for a 20-piece McNugget with "all the sauces." No further explanation. Just "all the sauces." This investigates two aspects of the ordering process: order collection and order fulfillment. First, the cashier must correctly identify all the available sauces and enter them on the order. Then, the person putting the order together must successfully recognize the extent of the sauce selection and provide them. Until my recent visit to the Marysville McDonald's on 172nd, I had never seen, heard of, nor personally experienced a successful completion of the McNugget Challenge, dating back to 2014. I rolled up to the drive thru on this rainy Saturday with low expectations. The restaurant was busy, the drive thru line long. When I arrived at the microphone, I ordered the kids meals for my children, still unsure of what I wanted. I thought to myself, Self, today is a good day for the McNugget Challenge. "A 20-piece McNugget," I told the young female over the microphone, "with all the sauces." "You want all the sauces?" "Yes, all the sauces." "Okay." There was a pause as sauces because to appear on the screen. I was impressed when I saw a mayonnaise packet in the list. From a quick glance, it appeared that she had successfully accomplished part one of the challenge. With tempered hope, I drove forward to the window. "You're getting every sauce we have in the restaurant," the young man said as he opened the window. Good, I thought. Their hubris will be their failure. The young woman taking my order had done her part, but this is where it would fall apart. Much to my surprise, I received every...single...sauce that was on my receipt. They had done it. They were really slow but the Mchickens were soooo good and the hot fudge Sunday was good but it could've had more fudge in it. The customer service was definitely not the best. They had pad locks on the bathroom doors which was inconvenient because I really had to go to the bathroom after drinking a 24 oz water and then sitting in the car for an hour. The food was cheap and good for the price, it wasn't very clean and the needed to take out the garbage I noticed when I was throwing away the wrappers and cup. It could've been better and we went up to one of the cashiers at the front but she just ignored us.
