Slowest McDonalds on the face of the planet! Waited, LITERALLY, 30 minutes in line. If you want "fast" food, don't come here. Never again.

McDonalds is a hit or miss for me because some of the stuff on your menu is hot trash but some of is good I went there yesterday and I ordered a 10 piece nugget with some barbecue sauce and they gave me 8 nuggets so somebody had to be hungry and eat my food or they can't count and only gave me 1 barbecue sauce. We've gone they the drive thru 3x since the lobby has been closed for remodeling. Here is the problem, the fries are always cold, limp and squishy. Gross... you can't go in and complain since the lobby is closed abs the phone is not answered when I've called. We won't be back. read more

So, I'm 23 years old, I've worked in the food industry since I was 15 years old. I've worked anywhere from 4 star restaurants to fast food. I've learned how to treat guests (not customers) and I've never been a manager but I've held every kind of job you can do in the food industry. Just some background info. So, I go into McDonald's Atascocita/Humble, I see this cashier named Emily and she takes my order and I could tell that she was a little flustered. There was an elderly lady in front of me giving her a hard time. She wanted hotcakes but she only wanted two instead of 3 and so Emily's manager "Alexus" literally screams at her from the drive thru window about how to ring the order in and Emily was still having a hard time ringing it in and then Alexus continues ranting at her employee and made her break down in front of the lady and myself. The lady was slightly upset but understood that the manager was being belligerent. The lady even said, "if I were her boss I'd fire her (butt)." So after all of this happened I walked over to the drink station and grabbed some napkins so she could clean herself up. gave her a little pep talk so she could continue working happily. To conclude, what I'm getting at is that I am a customer to the biggest company ON EARTH and there is NO excuse anyone can give for the lack of customer service and treatment of employee's in the company. Yes, I get that it, being the biggest company, that it's super busy and stressful but it doesn't mean that they can treat people the way they do. As a somewhat loyal customer I feel completely helpless when it comes to getting what I'm paying for. I work hard for my money and I should not be subjected to this kind of behavior especially by a woman who is easily in her 30+ stage of her life. She was acting like a little child and it's pathetic. She should have taken the time to come explain how and what to do in situations like this one. If she is not reprimanded I will personally do it myself TODAY! I plan on going in today and talking to her General Manager and I'm gonna let him or her know just how dissatisfied I am about the whole situation. No, I don't want my money back or anything of the sort. I want JUSTICE in the workplace. Everyone is going through hard times these days and I get that and people need to be understanding of that and need to take other peoples feelings into account. I like this location pretty well. Brought the kids up here to play without being in the scorching heat outside. I like how they have a separate area for the kids so that the adult area feels much less chaotic. They also have an enclosed room in the kids' area that is just glass so if you were a parent who needed to study for an exam or wanted to read a book while your kids play you can see them but still enjoy your peace and quiet. My one minor complaint was that when we went to sit in the kids area the tables weren't wiped down. They had antibacterial wipes available so I just wiped it down on my own. 04/04/19 at approx. 11:30 am I ordered a 4 piece nugget happy meal, bacon McDouble, hot and spicy chicken sandwich, and a medium fry in the drive through. I get to where I'm driving, open the bag and I don't have my McDouble. My hot and spicy seemed like it was slopped together with a pound of mayo on it. If it wasn't the closest location I have to my house I wouldn't go there! I've had countless bad experiences at this specific McDonald's. But tonight I just had it so I'm writing this review. The drive thru after 12am is so f@?!ing slow!!! The second lane intercom I don't think they take orders. I must have been invisible After waiting 15mins no one came on the intercom but the first lane was at least moving. Don't eat at this Mcdonald"s. The one on Will Clayton is always pleasant. This one you wait for 15-20 min for your food. When asked for a Manager was laughed at. Manager said, something was down and that was the reason for slow service. I told it was like that the last three times and he said ok. "OK" well I will take my money else where and pass it on to anyone that ask me. Inside was just as bad. the employees were cutting up and gave major attitude when asked for someone to take my order. Went in to pick up a to go order. Waited. Manager comes over& tries to give me the wrong order. I'm over 70 years old and I try to tell her that's not my order. She speaks rapidly with an accent and I don't understand her at all. I APOLOGIZE and say "sorry I can't understand you" She looks at me as if I'm stupid Instead of taking a moment to realize she needs to speak slower and more clearly. I don't say anything rude about her language skills nor heavy accent yet she treats me rudely. Plus the fact remains ..Im right & it's not my order! I tried very hard to understand her but even not understanding her words... I did get her dismissive manner to this older person. She thinks she's multitasking efficiently by trying quickly to do many tasks but what she's doing is no task correctly =[ and disrespecting a customer. SHAME!! Maybe treating people with respect as I tried to with her ...despite our differences ....might be a good start. Hope the general manager sees this and perhaps cares enough to make some changes. read more

I came to Atascocita today for this one fabric store (that didn't have what I needed) so my daughter and I came to this McDonalds, OH MY GOD. They made fun of me so loud for ordering a water that I heard him through the intercom. I called him out on it, then when I got up there they had to figure out how to put water on my order, then I get my food AND ITS WRONG. I'm so frustrated right now I could scream. Get real employees that actually need a job, not wannabe thugs that wanna use "mother fu@kers" every other word and then laugh in your face instead of apologies when you confront them about it. read more

This is a review as a previous employee of this establishment. I worked here for about 3 months or so and I can honestly say I never loathed going to work as much as I did here. There were a couple managers initials (W) and (A) that were rude and played favorites very obviously. I was indeed not one of their favorites but for no real apparent reason because I was a hard worker and tried to do things well. One of these managers yelled at me over something I was genuinely confused about in front of customers. The situation could have easily been prevented had she addressed and helped me when I asked a question originally. Not to mention the guys I worked with were all perverts. As someone who has been assaulted I have little patience with ignorance in terms of sexual nature. I was continuously harassed about my curves and they were not shy to voice their lust despite my request for them to keep opinions to themselves. I would not suggest working here unless you are in desperate need of a job and/or have thick skin and can handle vulgar language and negative vibes from co workers and employees. Maybe it was just me but this environment was toxic and hurtful. If I gained anything from this experience it would be the ability to practice my patience and biting my tongue. read more
