I went through the drive-thru during dinner time and the complete experience from beginning to end was perfect! The ladies working the windows were professional and actually in a pleasant mood, all of the food was extremely hot, and as an added bonus I had napkins and a straw!!! Went through the drive thru and it was like ordering from a monkey. Guy selected 4 different meals we didn't ask for. Couldn't get anything right. Waste of our time and ended up driving away. Worst McDonald's Ever? Place absolutely dirty. Tables filthy outside and inside. Two sets of soda machines, one set was running on empty and spitting out carbonated water and gobs of syrup. Staff that should have been at registers were in the back chit-chatting loudly. Orders inside were being begrudgingly handled by the young woman who was also working the drive-thru. Two people were making the food incorrectly. Customers were going through the drive-thru and then parking, running inside and yelling at the employees that things were wrong and/or forgotten. After food was received, there was no where to sit that wasn't dirty. Finally found one outside that could be cleaned off just to be sat next to by an employee talking loudly on her cell phone and smoking. One star? Food was edible. NOT returning at all. Tip? This location is terrible. I'm not one to leave bad reviews. I like to be understanding (since I've worked fast food before) and give people the benefit of the doubt. But I've been to this location like 4 or 5 times and it's always a disappointment. Once I went through the drive thru and wanted to use my points to get a free happy meal. When I got to the window I saw on the receipt that I was charged for the happy meal and I asked what was going on. They told me not to worry that I wasn't charged but I checked my bank account the next day and I was. I wouldn't have cared much if they didn't also take 6000 of my points but they did. I had to call customer support to get it fixed. My boyfriend came here once at night when it wasn't busy whatsoever and they told him it would be a 45 minute wait for food. I know that was a damn lie, they're just too lazy to do their jobs. I ordered some cookies on the app and when I got there I went inside and stood in front the registers to be attended. Instead of asking "How can I help you" one of the workers pointed at the kiosk and said "you can order on the kiosk." I told them I had an online order but they said they couldn't find it. I went on the app again to see if I had mistakingly placed it at a different location, but there was a notification that said "sorry, some items you ordered are not available at this location." It was just some cookies. They probably just didn't want to make them. There was also a sign that basically said customers have to finish their food within 30 minutes and leave. I thought that was stupid. People can't even relax and eat at mcdonalds anymore I understand it can be hard to work fast food but there's a point where some things aren't understandable. read more

I wish I could do zero stars for this review. I'm 7 months pregnant and the baby insisted I stop there for breakfast this past weekend. I went through the drive thru. I ordered my food and made it to the window where I was handed a hot coffee with a lid that was not secured and fell all over the inside of my car and all over my right leg. I had to ask for napkins and something to clean my car. I left very upset and it got worse when I was down the road and found out the food I ordered was wrong. I had to turn around and go inside to get it fixed. I thought the least they could do was refund my money but that didn't happen either. Super disappointed and I don't usually do a review like this but this site needs some major help! read more

This is the 2nd time going to this auburndale location in the past 2 months. The first time I figured it was just bad timing but same issue again means poor management. McDonalds fries are hands down my favorite anywhere... other then this location. You can tell by the brown flakes on them that they have not changed the grease in some time or if they are, they are not properly cleaning the fryer. The fries are so greasy that they don't even look right, they are transparent. On top of that I also had a Big Mac that it looks like they just throw in the box because I had to put it together. Not sure what's going on at this location but I'll never go back. read more

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's. The people are very rude each and every time. Especially mornings up to lunch. Whenever going through the drive-thru - they rush you. They are super rude at the window when paying. The girls act like they are miserable by having to work there. Well, don't bring your negativity to work. Find you another dang job. The staff and management team at this location has to be the rudest. I'll drive to Havendale or Combee allot of times just to not deal with there crappy attitudes at Auburndale/92. Also, The curbside service is even worse. I've sat out there for 20 to 30 minutes and eventually have to go in and get my order and when I tell them I've been waiting- that act like they don't care and they catch attitude and say they was unaware I did curbside until they look at the screen.... I used the mobile app to place order,pulled into spot,sent spot number to store.Waited 15 minutes and no one came out,pulled up to drivethru window and was told they were closed and had no food! i have only been here a few times while visiting family and i can't say im too disappointed because i don't recall any incidents before today. i understand shift changes are hard (i use to manage a mcdonald's so i know how hectic it can be) but honestly tonight was absolutely ridiculous. before arriving to this location i had called and they had said they were open. so we pull in the drive thru, they take the lady next to us and for 15 minutes we waited. talked into the speaker with no response (once the sensor is triggered employees can hear everything said at the speaker through the headset). so i called again making sure they were still open and taking orders i was told "they should still be open" i let them know they had a crazy line waiting to be helped and they hung up. waited for another 5 still with no answer. as soon as we drove off they clicked in to the speaker next to us who hadn't been there as nearly long as us. i know it's fast food and you "shouldn't expect much" but being a people pleaser for 7 years at any job you can't guarantee picture perfect product. but you should be able to guarantee quality service. read more

I have been to this location a number of times, and it is the most unfriendly location i have ever been to. they never say thank you, sorry for mistakes, or please come again, and it takes forever to get your food. I went there on Tuesday night, 1/25/22. When i drove up, there were 2 cars at the order booth at drive up, then I was next. It took 7 min before i was able to order, then took 9 min from order to get to window to pay. My slip states Paid at 646pm, which means I pulled into drive up at 630pm. after paying I sat and sat, and sat, with only 2 cars ahead of me, and finally was handed my food at 707pm. The gentleman, had to ask what i ordered, as if he had not even checked the slip. He handed me my bag of food, then left. I then sat until 712pm until He came back, asked what my order was, and I had to explain that I was still waiting for my drink. He asked what I had ordered, and finally gave me my drink. Total time, 39 min, and you call it fast food. When I got home, the fries were cold, and the cheeseburgers were wrapped in Egg McMuffins wrappers. Never once during this time, did anyone come to a window, and state sorry for delay, or anything, but the one girl sure had time to dance around inside the store. During the time I sat waiting, I noticed at least 7 cars, drive around me and leave, or pulled out of line behind me due to length of time waiting. That is 7 cars of lost income. Something needs to be done at this location, to get them up to speed. Please forward on to corporate level. and don't worry. I will never go to that location again. read more
