Toppings were correct and of an adequate amount. We did have to wait a while for our pizza and it was not very busy. No wonder this place has 1.5 stars. Their management clearly does not care. We ordered The Big New Yorker expecting something awesome. What we got was possibly the WORST pizza we've had in years. Corporate needs to take a look at this location. Ultimately it's on the management to make sure the product is what it should be... but if the staff had any pride in their work, they wouldn't have 1.5 stars. We even drove several miles to pick this disappointment up because they don't deliver to our neighborhood. We won't be ordering from here again. There's too many options that are much better. Before it was a good place, now they got some skinny, rude clown looking (cause all that makeup) mouth breathing young lady who seems to hate working there. When i specifically said I am ordering she made the dirtiest face, then acted all mad. Sorry you can't understand English, sorry you didn't graduate high school. Made the experience horrible & extremely unpleasant. The food was horribly prepared by her. Barely cut the slices & throwing the utensils around. We had a great pizza from here a few weeks ago it was good and employees were friendly, I gave it a great review. We went back today and got a pizza that has no pizza sauce and so undercooked we couldn't even pick a piece up. The bottom of the box was not even warm and it's usually so hot I have to set it on the seat. The worst pizza we have ever gotten from any Pizza Hut. I called to ask them what went so wrong, I waited 26 minutes and no one answered, just listened to their annoying recording. . If I was waiting to order a pizza I would have found someplace else to get it. We will use the new Pizza Hut in Auburndale from now on. This pizza place will be my last place to order pizza from now on! They not only take more than two hour to deliver a pizza, but they don't know how to send the order right. I order two pizzas and they both came wrong then the second time they deliver them on the same day and it took almost 6 hrs they still sent the wrong order! It was one cheese crust pepperoni pan pizza and one cheese crust ham pan pizza with NO red sauce, but white garlic sauce! They sent two regular pepperoni pizzas the first time after more than two hours wait, and then the second time after another TWO hrs, they send a regular pepperoni pan pizza a fun a regular ham pizza pan WITH Red sauce instead of White garlic sauce! I'm usually a big fan of Pizza Hut. However this location is the absolute worst. The pizza is usually Luke warm or sometimes outright cold. They are NEVER on time. Usually 20-30 minutes late. The people that answer the phones and the managers are rude and uncaring. When you call Looking for your pizza or a time estimate on how much longer it is going to be they give you an attitude, usually refuse to discount or comp due to bad service and cold food. The worst part is they have your phone number and still refuse to call to let you know they are running late. Order pizza from literally anywhere else. read more

I love this place. Friendly staff and very helpful if any questions need answering. I give it a 7 out of 5!!! Food has tasted amazing and has been what I've ordered every time. I've been in this area for about 5 years. I ordered from this location a few years back. They took 2+ hours to get my cold pizza to me. After that, I quit ordering from them and started ordering from competitors. After so many years, I thought I'd try again tonight. When I completed my order online, the expected delivery time was 1 hour and 45 minutes. When I called to change it to a pickup order instead, they told me it was still a 40 minute wait for pickups. So I cancelled my order. A few minutes later, I received a call from a number in Memphis, TN. It was Pizza Hut corporate telling me that they're still charging $40 to my card and I can expect it to be refunded in 3-5 days. I'll never order from this location again. read more

Ordered a simple pan pizza with pepperoni and sausage for pickup. There was only one guy working in the store. The phone rang at least 30 times while I was in the store waiting for my food. Got my food eventually, and it was nasty. Toppings were flavorless and definitely seemed waaaaaaay past the time they should have been thrown out. Not sure if it's pizza hut in general because I haven't had pizza hut in forever, but the sauce was so acidic and bitter it would have ruined the pizza if it wasn't already ruined by the terrible other parts of the pizza. Thought we would give this place a second chance,as it was the only place available for delivery, well what a waist of time and money, we ordered simply 2 medium hand tossed pizzas online at 10pm said estimated delivery was 11.20 which we thought was kind of late but they only tell you this be email after ordering and paying by card, it basically turned up at 11.50 after we had pretty much thought there had forgot about us and we're about to go to bed, the pizzas were stone cold and almost stale we even tried to warm them up and there just was no point we had a slice each it was awful the rest went in the trash waste of $18 I would much prefer a frozen pizza from Walmart 100 times better than here, will never order again we have gave up hope on Pizza Hut it just gets worse and worse,used to be our favorite years ago I don't know what's happened to the place.not just this particular branch but all of them. read more
