Order took over 12 minutes to be ready. I observed drive-thru and restaurant not being very busy. When order was given, the supervisor almost forgot to give me the milk that came with the happy meal. Sweet and sour sauce was missing from the order. I had to specially ask for it afterward which was a huge inconvenience as I was with my 3-year-old nephew. I asked for no salt on the fries. I tasted salt. It was not done properly based on past experiences. Spilled drink near garbage area. I had to remind employees to clean it twice. They forgot to clean it. Posed a safety risk to the 3-year-old toddler. It wasn't a priority for them to clean until I reminded the supervisor a 2nd time. Couldn't use bathroom to wash my hands due to plumbing issue. Red leather-like seating surfaces throughout the restaurant were destroyed. Big chunks of foam missing and my 3-year-old nephew kept pointing and asking what is this?... From what I notice, management at this location has gone downhill significantly. Another concern, employees tend to ignore customers inside the restaurant because they pay more attention to the drive-thru. Drive-thru wasn't busy so that is strange why. McDonald's was known in the distant past as being a place for toddlers and also a place that did well in a fast paced environment. We ordered 6 value menu burgers tonight (McDouble, Cheeseburger and Hamburger) and 6 small fries for take out. The fries were very small in portion and might be a tad too salty for some customers. My cheeseburger was poorly prepared and seemed to be sitting on the warming rack too long. The service was very slow and it wasn't even the dinner time rush. During a pandemic when drive-thru is your only option for breakfast, you would think they would at least focus on getting customers to return when the dining room re-opens. Not gonna happen. I needed some eggs for breakfast, so I drove through to get the "Big Breakfast". Considering what I can get at Wimpy's a couple blocks away for the same price, this was sheer desperation. Dropped by this morning at 8am. The place was empty except for 2 customers in front of me that already placed there order. I ordered a muffin with no cheese. I saw it land on the pass within a minute and watched it sit there for 5 minutes while they ran around taking drive thru orders. I eventually got my breakfast with a cold hash brown to match my cold sausage muffin. Without a doubt the worst McDonald's around. In our last 8 visits, 7 of them were screwed up in one way or another...most of the time because they got the order wrong. The best no-no I've seen at this location: post-it notes taped to the Drive-thru menu indicating which burgers and menu items they ran out of?! This included Quarter Pounders! Brutal, yet hilarious. Doesn't McDonald's have strict quality rules for corporate and franchise stores? The other reviews say it all. We won't waste time or money here anymore. Made a mistake of stopping here because my friend was too tired to turn around and go to the other side of the road and it was definitely a mistake. Gross seating area, dirty washroom and the staff punched in the wrong thing (who eats chicken at McDonalds??). Wow definitely go to Harvey's across on Yonge. Two recent experiences here have been pretty bad. On one occasion, my order took extremely long and was given to me after two other patrons who had had their orders taken after mine was taken. My order was one breakfast wrap. Not a difficult or large order. On another occasion, staff overcharged me. When I asked the staff about it, they informed me that they had charged me the correct amount. When I pointed to the screen with the menu and prices, the staff admitted they were wrong and a Manager had to adjust the price. read more

Unbelievably unprofessional and rude, we ordered 5 combos with 4 different drinks, all the combos were wrong and absolutely no one cared or even tried to help as well as none of the drinks were stamped. the person behind the counter had no idea which drinks were which and blatantly said he can not tell us because the machine does not dispense the drinks in order and they do not have control over the drinks. Horrible experience!!! Extremely rude stuff! Asked for a manager. Each stuff member saying they are the manager. Wasted an hour of my time trying to get the fries promotion this afternoon. The skinny 50-60 yrs old lady with a brown ponytail refused to help me. Blamed my phone for the problem. An hour later a young customer in one second got me the code. When I said how pathetic their service was they practically threatened to throw me out of their restaurant before I even got my fries. Very slow here. Long waits and not sure if its because there are not enough staff or in-experience. Recently we have been accosted by beggers and a deaf/dumb man that stands at your table waiting for money and wont go away until you give it to him. Terrible place, terrible managers. Avoid KAYLA. I don't know what the qualifications are for manager but my goodness she's something special, our order was wrong and she ran away to avoid talking to us which led the employees clueless for a while until she was forced to come back.
