Night employees are so unbelievable! I ordered a bacon mccrispy and a water, got charged for a normal mccrispy and got no water. Went back told them I ordered a bacon mccrispy and water and was charged for a mccrispy and got no water. Got the water but got a normal mccrispy again and NOT a bacon mccrispy. Went back again gave the food to the employee and told him it's not what I ordered. He came back with the bag but I told him I wanted a refund. The manager opened the bag and showed there was bacon in it. I showed him the picture and said that's because NOW you put bacon in it but he gaslighted me and said no this is the one I gave you and how the bacon probably wasn't visible by how I opened the burger. No it's not you can see there was NO bacon and the bacon mccrispy given to me was not the same one I gave back. read more

Good food, good service, and OK ambiance. The Sausage 'N Egg McMuffin, and Hash Browns were good.

So husband orders my caramel sundae, I get it drive away not thinking check for the peanuts there aren't any.... try to call and ask if they ran out but the phone number always says user busy not sure why? It's just not the same without the peanuts!!!! 2022 September: 0/5 - UTTER FAIL. Took 13 minutes for my drive thru order including the 6 minutes they forgot that I was waiting for my smoothie... How long does it take for a smoothie, a burger and some fries, at this McDonalds 13 minutes, even with a line of only 4 cars in front. The drive-thru lady told me to wait for my smoothie at the third window then promptly FORGOT about me...I had to get out of my car and go back to the second window when there was no cars to ask for my smoothie...at least they did not forget my straw, nice and bent, thank you so much...management in my opinion is partially to blame as how do you have a person waiting and the staff forgets...do they not have a flashing light or a noise if someone is waiting at the third window? They should...do not waste your time at this McDonalds, totally mismanaged...on top of that, who is the genius who put in the sign so that ordering what you want takes longer...instead of displaying everything at once it cycles through the food far too fast without showing you everything at once...so inefficient... read more

Fast wifi, lots of power outlets and cool new layout with an extra gender neutral/baby change room. They need to add parking and an extra self serve kiosk though, otherwise would be 5 stars. read more

The service at this McDonald's is absolutely horrible! 1) When we visited a few weeks ago, we had a mobile offer for a breakfast sandwich. The cashier at the drive thru did not know how to input the offer and held up the entire line. After hearing out fair share of honks, we decided just to void the offer when we shouldn't have had to lose that money that we would have saved. All cashiers should be trained in how to register mobile coupons, otherwise why offer them?! 2) This morning we just ordered one small latte and one medium coffee. Nothing complicated right? Wrong! They made us wait at the last window for about 10 minutes. If that's how long it takes for just two hot drinks, I can't imagine how long an actual big order would take! A similar situation happened to 1) happened too wherein we had given the cashier my phone to register my McCafe Rewards for my hot coffee. But of course, now looking at my phone, it wasn't counted! Again the cashier didn't do his job properly. These are just a few recent bad experiences that I've had at this McDonald's. There have been others as well that happened months ago. Altogether, this McDonald's has been quite disappointing, especially in comparison to some other nearby McDonald's (like the one near Yonge and Bernard). I only come here when there's really no other McDonald's on the way. The staff are extremely slow here (especially in the restaurant...); been here a couple times where the staff did not know how to process the mobile offers (scanning). Another downside is that this McDonald's is very dated; they don't have the new self-service screens.. nor do they have McCafe for my morning Americano fix. There's also a huge pothole in the drive thru as another Yelper has posted as a tip.. be careful! read more

Have been several times. Like many others, found this place slow. Extremely slow. Had to wait 15 minutes for two iced coffees. Now, I know McDonald's gets busy, but this place is always slow no matter what. Not sure what the issue is - lack of staff? Not only did they mess up my order twice, but all the employees, including the manager, looked miserable. They showed no sign of interest whatsoever. I kept giving them excuses until they went too far. One of the ladies gives me a tray with ketchup stains all over the edges. She doesn't bother cleaning it but rather just puts a sheet on top of it. This location since it opened recently is terrible! I don't actually give it any stars. I've been there 4 times and this will be my last! Between not knowing how to prepare any of the McCafé items to the excruciating long wait in the drive thru...tonight was 25 mins!! There is no positive feedback for this place. My work is within a 2minute walk so I stop in when I'm super hungry... I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers last week and they were plain inside just bread, patty and cheese. The Large Chicken Caesar was also rather small portioned compared to other Large Chicken Caesars I've had at other McD's. I'm not too sure why the owner of this franchise hasn't called it quits yet or why he hasn't updated it at all... They don't even offer 3/4 of the new items... I love the Lemon loaf that McD's has at its newer locations. Also I ordered a Large DD coffee and it tasted like no sugar was in there, so later on I had to order a Large TT to get them to understand what a DD is actually.. And stirring wouldn't hurt either. You guys should have a coffee tasting meeting I live in Aurora and work in Oak Ridges, so it is pretty disappointing when I can get what I want in the morning in Aurora location and Nit at all at lunch if I want to have McD's The staff there are like zombies. Can't remember a time when they got an order right and I didn't have to wait over 20 minutes for it

Seems like all the McDonald's around oak ridges have been renovated but this location has remained a shit hole. I've ordered the nugget meal and never got sauce even when I had to ask for it. When I've randomly gone back and ordered something else and asked for sauce, they want to charge me for it. They even charge for mcchicken sauce. I've also gotten sauce where the top blister seal was punctured. Yet they expect people to pay for this? I've been to other locations where being charged for sauce was never an issue. The quality of McDonald's has continuously gone down while prices sky rocket and then they wonder why people stop eating there. read more

This Mcdonald's sucks the food looks awful there's bugs everywhere but the good thing is that it's pretty big so you have space to eat.

If there was an option for no stars this location would get it. The service is horrid, my order has never been right. I've actually stopped going to this location even though it is a couple blocks from my house. I would not recommend it unless you have time to burn. 20 minutes for two meals at 8 pm both of which were wrong ( paid for a double big mac .. get a single. ect) they don't respond well to criticism. And when told that they need to go over their staff the Manager does not like it. I've been in management for a long time and I personally wouldn't hire or have kept half the staff.
