I replied that yes, that's how ordering food works, and asked why the food was cold. They said it had already been made. I asked why food would be prepared so early especially when the order was placed only five minutes prior and they had no explanation. When I said I did not want cold food, I was told to request a refund through the Burger King app. I then asked for the order to be remade fresh. Instead, I was told I would need to drive back around, place a new order, and pay for it again, even though I was already at the window and the issue was entirely on their end. Between the cold food, refusal to correct the mistake, and dismissive attitude, this was an extremely poor experience. I will never return to this location again. Completely unacceptable customer service.
