New management and a huge improvement! I came in for an early lunch. The restaurant was clean. I was greeted in a friendly manner by the staff. As I ordered, the staff provided suggestions to save me money. After I completed my transaction, my meal including special order items was ready before leaving the counter. Fastest service anywhere! A complete waste of time. As a valued customer, I'm upset. Gas is too costly to be returning to a restaurant to return food that should have been properly cooked the FIRST time! I called 8 times to try and resolve this matter before driving another 20mins. However, no one answered as usual. Upon returning the undercooked meal, the manager on duty showed no compassion none whatsoever. She did not even bother to look at the product to verify it's condition as I described to her. Not to mention I also had to get back into the extremely long drive thru line yet again to resolve this matter. JV&Son's save your franchise by closing this location down! I have pictures and videos of this experience should you all need them. My rate would be a strong 0 stars. Do not recommend. McDonald's in Bainbridge is EXCEPTIONALLY SLOW. We sat in the line for 30 minutes, moved 2 car lengths to get to the window in that time. We rolled up to the ordering station just in time for the breakfast menu to DISAPPEAR and lose any chance for getting breakfast. We couldn't even get out of line to go somewhere else because of their ridiculous double-line "system" that doesn't expedite the process AT ALL~!! read more

RIP OFF!!!!!! The famous Mcdonalds $1 sweet tea is a southern staple, except in Bainbridge. My order was taken by a friendly staff member, but when I was told the total for the order (expecting the usual 1.08) 2.18, imagine my surpise. I was told by a very sympathetic manager that this was a corporate decision, and they were a franchise store. Enough said. I went so far as to call the 800 number and was patronize by the woman who answered phone, as she explained the concept of franchises to me(WHAT!!!). I just needed to make note of this, that the stores around this area are owned by the same company. So with franchise laws fresh in my mind, I advise you to keep going, because the $1 is in the next county. Make a point and let these folks choke on their extra dollar, as it will never come from me again, and hopefully everyone that reads this. Good luck franchise store!! read more

Stopped in at this McDonalds on our way through Bainbridge. Tried the new Pico Guac Grilled Chicken sandwich on an Artisan roll. Very good and a hearty sandwich! Best of all was the incredible service. The staff was so friendly and came to our table to offer extra ketchup, salad dressing etc. most of all all the staff was friendly, smiling and welcoming. Eh, about on par for McDonalds in general. I have never really found a decent McD. The food was ok, customer service was a little chaotic. Also seems to be a lot of questionable characters hanging out at this location which again seems to be a trend ad a lot of McDonalds I have went to. Could be just the time of day but the environment wasn't the most comfortable in the world just because of that. read more
